The sound quality is good but not enough bass and the sound eq can not be saved on the earbuds like Jaybird earphones. They didn't come with a case. The battery is amazing it fully charges in less than an hour and the Fast fuel is also amazing for extending playtime and for emergencies whenever the battery is died. There's great noise isolation, when the music starts playing everything outside is block out. Amazing for phone calls because the microphone is in the remote and it's closer to the mouth. Also a bonus they make good sleeping earphones.

I bought this for a gift to my special someone, more convenient now the quality is excellent too. We are both using beats, mine is 2017 and this one that I just bought is 2018. Both cool and loving it!!

Bought these wireless headphones for my wife to use with her Apple IPOD. Work with both the IPOD and her Android cell phone! Good tonal quality, ample battery life, quick recharge, and very good price. RECOMMEND!

I really enjoy these earphones. The sound is great and the battery lasts an entire remote work day. My favorite part is the earbuds are magnetic.

Had to replace older GE profile microwave after 20 years(can’t complain). Searched for replacement- didn’t need all the bells and whistles of the Profile especially for the outlandish price. Found a better than basic GE model at Best Buy for a little over $200 plus install. Took a while to get it and the install but quite satisfied

Mine hard to turn on after you charge it. After that they work great. 8 hour of solid use. Sounds good and great noise reduction.

But need to be improved on distance, the distance short and hour of duration also needs improvement to 12hrs. It doesn't last 8hrs

Very good so far! I have an Apple iPhone and it pairs soooo senselessly. Very sleek- I would definitely recommend, I got them on sale so the price was good. I would wait for a sale though.

Headphones shipped to me with a “NG” sticker on it making me feel really skeptical about opening the box because where i work anything labeled “NG” means “No Good”. Sure enough headphones died during my bike ride 45mins, Fully charged. Thought it was a fluke so charged them that night and sure enough about 45 mins in headphones die again. Very disappointed with this product because i was coming from a very cheap headset before these and those out work these 100x due to them never failing me. Not recommended at all

These are so bad. They sound just like any regular earphones. They fallout off my ears easily, especially when I’m working out. It got a break in it a few months after purchase, called apple and got a warranty replacement cos it was less than a year old. A month after the replacement there was another break in it.(so with the break, the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting from your device, I guess cos the earphones keep going on and off). So went and got the AirPods Pro. So far those have been good. It’s a waste of money. Would not recommend. If you search online you would realize the break is a general problem.

The product I received was used, you can see dirt inside the earplugs and marks of use. It even was previously paired, when I connected the device another person's name appeared. Disgusting!!!, I'm going to return the product and I'm probably deleting my account on Bestbuy. When I contacted Customer Support they did not resolved my problem and their solution was completely useless.
