Way better than I expected. The flashlight is super useful, and the camera is surprisingly clear — I thought it wouldn’t show much, but I was wrong. Totally worth it!

Picked up the Bebird ear cleaner with camera on a whim, and wow—this thing is both gross and amazing in equal measure! The camera is super clear, the app connects instantly, and it actually makes ear cleaning kinda fun (never thought I’d say that). Feels safe to use and way more satisfying than cotton swabs. Battery life is solid too. Highly recommend if you’re into clean ears and cool gadgets!

Very nice tool. Camera is very clear and they provide extras attachments. Best part is you can record videos or take photos.

I bought this in January of 2026. It worked great for four months. Then the wires broke and camera stopped working. I wish it was better made and lasted longer.

Clearer camera than expected which was nice, feels like a quality product too

I upgraded from a previous bebird model and was excited for all the new tools and features. Worked great the first 3 times I used it and then black screen of death. I have done all the suggested trouble shooting but most comments say it is not a fix. I wish I had done more research but I was hopeful this would be as good as the earlier model. Nope, buyer beware! Check the reviews first.

Needs improvement as the connection keeps on dropping. Overall the build quality is premium but the tech issues needs to be resolved if this needs to reach wider audience. Instructions are not clear.

Doesn’t stay connected for more than 20 seconds, absolutely horrible quality as well. Would be super nice if it worked properly and the camera quality was a litlte better. Instead of wasting so much time making a horrible product look like a mini dyson product they should have spent more time making a functional product.

Hands down the best ear cleaner ive used, just use caution that you dont get to close to the eardrum its a little hard to tell the depth with some of the attachments, slow and steady wins the race though 10/10 product

The camera never turned on. I can connect to the app to use it and it’s just a black screen. Useless.

I had the old version and loved it. I threw it away when I bought this one (mistake). This new models camera is extreme laggy no matter what I do which makes it impossible to use and dangerous quite honestly. I exchanged it for a new one which needed up having the exact same issue. Won’t be buying a new one, very disappointed.
