Great for athletes for recovery
As a competitive strongman, I struggle with staying cool all night. This sheet keeps me cold all night long in dead of summer without the AC on. My only negative is it does not seem big enough to cover the entire spread of the bed, so I mainly use it as a comforter and my spouse uses her own blanket.

Great Sheets
They do what they say they will do and are very soft. Just make sure you follow the washing and drying instructions.
