Great System but sto working some channels work and few are not working

The item I received was not what I ordered and the refused to let me exchange or get a refund. I will not be buying anything else from Best Buy

These speakers sound horrible, I wasn't expecting amazing sound since I spent so little on them but when the sound from my tv sounds better than we have a problem. Also these aren't wireless at all, don't be fooled.

I give ot a 3 because it says wireless on bestbuy site but it isn't wireless. Outside of that sound quality is great pretty clear vocals

This speakers are very loud and good love them I would recomendé
