Great DVD for those who want to begin yoga
This is a good DVD for those who want to begin yoga without joining a class, the exercises are easy to follow with a beginning, and more advanced stages.

Great for beginners
I wanted to start Yoga but did not have time to go to a class. This DVD is easy to follow and is just like being in a class, but in the comfort of your own home.
