My favorite video game, Keeps my attention longer than most.

While the game was exactly what I wanted, and all I wanted. having to be tied to the "Origin" website to download my paid for game every time is both intrusive and annoying. Additionally, (origin continues to run in the background) when signing out the Origin runs in the background taking up space and causing difficulty when signing out my computer.

Two days ago I purchased a download from best buy, it didn't download. I called tech support and talked to them for a long time, the problem was not resolved so I called back and went through the whole thing again. I was told you would provide a new number to use for the download, it never came. So now I've spent $5 and a lot of time and no product, but you did manage to take my money. I'm glad it wasn't $5000 I spent. You certainly won't be seeing my business in the future and my friends and relatives will hear about this!

I haven't had a chance to download and try this copy, but i have played this version before and enjoyed it. As long as this copy is good, I'm sure I'll be thrilled.

8 days after installation and got up to level 115, then all I get is annoying FATAL ERROR message in my face and i'm out $5 and the game so I won't be making anymore purchases!!

After downloading Steam to activate the game the key code provided by Best Buy was invalid. Too much aggravation for a $5 game download I could of bought the CD for. Not happy and no returns.

TOTALLY disappointed with Best Buy and my attempt to install a game on my PC using something called Digital Library. Could not get to where any kind of download was. Called tech support and they sent some weird directions to get the download. Could not even get there. Total waste of money!

Best Buy's "Digital Library" is terrible. They make no mention of the fact that you have to set up an accuont on "Steam" and then download and set up the steam app. After taking all that time, the activation code wasn't accepted. There is no cancellation of digital orders. Had to Google to find a phone number for customer service After being put on hold, I was finally told that they would process a refund to my credit card after the next billing cycle. NEVER AGAIN!
