A: Hi, Joec. If your phone case is 3mm thick then, it might cause charging issues with the charging pad. The Belkin Wireless Charging pad is only compatible with a 3mm non-metal phone case.

A: Hi, bruja. The unit works with all Qi-enabled devices and the iPhone 7plus doesn't support this feature.
Q: I have an IPhone XR and the case has a metal grip ring in the back. Will that inhibit the charging?
A: No, CJ. Our wireless charging pads and stands will only work with most lightweight phone cases not exceeding 3mm in thickness. Metal objects will interfere the wireless charging process, so highly don't recommend using it on a charging pad.
