--- SETUP --- The setup of this Dual USB charger is minimal. Out of the box, you can just plug it into your car charger. --- FEATURES --- This Belkin charger features 24 watts of power providing 12W to two devices simultaneously. It delivers power faster than the traditional 5W chargers. In the box you'll find a USB-C cable that is about 3 feet in length. --- PERFORMANCE --- Having two ports makes it an ideal choice for drivers that require multiple charging devices. Though my vehicle already has a USB port, when I plug items into it and turn my car off, that USB port continues to provide energy to devices causing my car battery to drain. That is not a problem when using this car charger. Using the car charger, I was able to have my dash cam running while charging a second device. I used the included USB-C cable to charge my new pair of headphones while I drove to the gym and in ten minutes, I had enough juice to keep me going for a 45 minute workout. I also used the charger to charge my phone while using a GPS app and the battery level on my phone didn’t diminish. --- EXPECTATIONS --- The product meets my expectations. It’s a simple device that works as expected. It’s always nice to have the extra USB-C cable in the vehicle for those times you forget your own. --- VALUE --- The price for the charger in terms of value is very convenient considering the # of times you’ll be using it, which is probably daily. --- APPROVAL --- I highly recommend this product for people Uber/Shared car service drivers, families with dual devices that require charging, or people who must charge tablets on the go.

To me, this doesn't offer much different in terms of functionality versus any other dual charger for out there. I measured each port using a high quality USB tester. The results were underwhelming for the amount of hype about 24W here. I never saw 2.4A or 2A for that matter. The highest output was 1.597A checking my iPhone 11 Pro Max and Samsung Note 20 Ultra never reached a high rate of charging. I tried various cables to see if that was the bottleneck and nothing changed. On my Note 20 Ultra, it signals the type of charge it gets and it never even displayed the words "Fast Charging". However, I did confirm output on both ports was equal. It simply works - if you are just looking for a reliable charger with protection this is for you.

Works great charges with speed on all my devices for my car

After replacing several car chargers, I decided to get a GOOD one instead of the cheapest one. This is by far the best, most reliable charger we've owned. So thankful to have one that will accommodate TWO cords at one time. Only time will tell, but at this point would highly recommend.

This car charger is an absolute lifesaver. It charges super fast, works perfectly every time, and has already saved me on multiple occasions when my phone was about to die on the road. Compact, easy to use, and reliable—definitely a must-have in the car. Love it!

It might be a bit unfair to rate this adapter at 4 stars. Operationally, it works fine. At 24W, it provides significantly more power than the minimal 5W & possibly 10W cigarette lighter alternatives. It even includes a cable. The issue was the adapter is too long to slot into a cig lighter, and still have space for the car's trim lid to close, even without a cable installed. It protrudes a full inch, perhaps a little more, when seated. This is largely up to a customer to determine, of course, but it wasn't easy to estimate the full size and length of this charger in its packaging (at least, not at the time I bought it, which was in a tightly sealed cardboard box). Of course, one could return it after opening it, but no one wants to buy a previously opened box. I've designed DC-DC switching power supplies, and have some idea of the electronics involved for a 24 watt circuit. I think Belkin could probably have reduced the size of this adapter had it been a priority in the design. 24W is higher than its peers, certainly, but it still isn't a particularly high wattage. Perhaps the other issue is two USB-A ports. I would have preferred a USB-A and a USB-C. Does Belkin make that? Today, I would imagine so, but when purchasing this, I didn't notice such an option in the store. So, let's not let that influence the rating, but it would have been a preference. Operationally, this is 5/5 stars. In-service use, 4/5 stars, due to the length. We felt we had to purchase another adapter that was shorter (and in fairness, at only a 10 or 15W rating), but which also fit nearly flush with the cig lighter socket dimensions. Your mileage may vary, and in fact, some might prefer the longer length, particularly if you're removing this frequently. For us, it just sits in a box now, never getting used.

Needed a new USB car charger to replace some older ones that just weren't giving enough juice to my phone while driving. Picked this one up and it's been doing very well! Phone charges rather quickly and having two phones and/or devices plugged in simultaneously works very well.
