This item works as advertised. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because I also have the more expensive Samsung 15 watt charger. I purchased this charger for my work desk and I didn't want to spend another $70 for it to come up missing at work so I bought a cheaper charger. It does not charge as fast as the Samsung being it's a 15 watt charger but it is worth the price for a 10 watt charger. I also painted mine red and put a sticker on it to keep others from borrowing it at the car audio shop..

I have this in my shop and use it to charge my smartphone while I'm working. Very simple to operate, just plug it in and put your phone on the stand. No worries about dust getting into the USB ports.

Charges my iPhone XS and looks great on the bedside table. Use it as an alarm clock at night. Great little device, just wish it folded up so I can travel with it a little easier.

Works great no problems.I was waiting for Apple’s AirPower charger, but since that didn’t work out I think this is the next best thing.

I own a few of the hockey puck style wireless charging pads, but this is my first wireless charging stand. It does exactly what I need it to do and is a great addition to any desk at work or home. PROS: - Easy set-up. Just open the box, connect the power cable, and you're done. - Fortunately, Belkin has decided to use a standard Micro USB cable and not some proprietary cable/power brick. This makes it much easier to use a longer cable or use a different AC adapter if you lose the original. Also, the included AC adapter is also relatively small and hardly takes up any space on my surge protector. - The parts of the stand that touch your desk have a rubberized, grippy texture to keep it in place. - The BOOST↑UP charging stand supports 10W wireless charging, which is among the fastest available on smartphones. iPhone X, XS, and XS Max support up to 7.5W, so this stand will charge your iPhone as fast as is currently possible. My iPhone sits on my work desk for the majority of the day, so this stand is great for keeping my battery at or near 100%. If you're trying to fully recharge your phone from 0% to 100% in a very short time, then wireless charging isn't for you. - Works perfectly even with a case on your phone. I have an Apple leather case on my iPhone X and haven't had any problems. Thicker, industrial-strength cases might pose a problem, however. - Face ID on my iPhone works very well when I'm at my desk and my phone is on the stand. This makes it very easy to quickly respond to messages without having to pick my phone up from the stand. - You can charge your phone in both portrait and landscape orientations. CONS: - Unless I'm missing it, I don't see any LEDs on the stand. Not a deal-breaker, but an LED would be nice so you know that your phone is correctly aligned and properly charging. - I wish the rubberized pads on the bottom of the stand were a bit more grippy. They do the job, but I have noticed that the stand slides a little too easily on my wooden desk. OVERALL: Aside from a couple of minor complaints, this is an excellent wireless charging stand. It will charge any Qi-certified smartphone very quickly and is a perfect companion for your desk. I'll definitely be purchasing another one for my home office. Highly recommended!

I trust belkin for all my mobile charging. I notice it doesn’t charge as well with a case (I have a very thin case) and can get quite warm. It’s also not as quick a charge as a wired connection. Still it works and is good for watching stuff while I need a charge and headphones are taking the port

Another Belkin product that exceeds my expectations, appears well made and reliable, and performs as it's supposed to. It comes with a micro USB cable and 3.0 AC adapter. It works with the most recent models of iPhones and Samsung devices. I recommend this charging stand. The two things I like best are that you can charge your phone in its case, and that you can still use the phone while it charges. I used another device previously, and the phone sits flat, making it hard to do anything. This allows for the phone to sit in either an upright or landscape position, which let me continue to watch a video while the phone charged. Plus that previous device didn't charge at all with my case on, so I was surprised this charger had no trouble charging through the case. It's a fast charger, faster than previous ones I've tried. I really like this one. It even comes with a 3 year warranty.

Trusted product from Belkin as I always know I can’t go wrong with the quality I get in their items. This charger has been working really nicely for my iPhone XR with a Speck Candyshell grip case. Charges efficiently and quickly. It’s a sleek design and looks fantastic when placed on my desk at work or even on my counter at home. This charger works much better than the standard Apple charger that comes with the phone. Faster charge in less time. Another plus for me is that I can charge my phone in landscape and portrait modes. Perfect for being able to watch a movie or show while sitting on the charger and being entertained simultaneously. This is a great charger to have for grab and go moments or locations in your home or office. No fussing around with inserting a plug in and out of the phone. Set it down on the stand pad and let it charge and it’s so easy to use.

If you have a newer smartphone, chances are that it is equipped with a wireless charging feature. If you've never used it, you really should give it a try. This Belkin BOOST↑UP charging pad is nearly perfect for charging my iPhone X on my nightstand. PROS: - Easy set-up. Just open the box, connect the power cable, and you're done. - The bottom of the pad has a rubberized, grippy texture so the charging pad will stay in place on your table. - There is a small LED light at the front of the charging pad that illuminates while your device is charging. Luckily, the light is rather dim and will not be noticeable while you're trying to sleep. - The BOOST↑UP charging pad supports 10W wireless charging, which is among the fastest available on smartphones. iPhone X, 8, and 8 Plus support up to 7.5W, so this charging pad will charge your iPhone as fast as is currently possible. For overnight charging, it's perfect. If you're trying to fully recharge your phone from 0% to 100% in a very short time, then wireless charging isn't for you. - Works perfectly even with a case on your phone. I have an Apple silicone case on my iPhone X and haven't had any problems. Thicker, industrial-strength cases might pose a problem, however. CONS: - Belkin has decided to use a proprietary power adapter rather than a standard USB cable. Likely not a big deal if you're going to keep the charging pad in one place. But if you like to move it around, you'll need to remember to also bring the power adapter. - The adapter that plugs into your wall outlet is rather large and bulky. I had to rearrange the cords plugged into my surge protector just to get it to fit. If you're planning on plugging this in behind a desk or other furniture, you'll likely have to leave at least two inches open from the wall to allow space for the adapter. OVERALL: Aside from the bulky wall adapter and proprietary power cable, this is an excellent wireless charging pad. It will charge any Qi-certified smartphone very quickly and is a perfect companion for your desk or nightstand. I'll definitely be purchasing another one very soon. Highly recommended!

Here we have another conservatively designed yet perfectly functional 10W Qi wireless charging pad from the good folks at Belkin. Rather than having the round charging plate sitting flat on the tabletop like a coaster or hockey puck, this one is designed like an artist's easel to hold your phone upright and angled towards you. In this position, you can comfortably watch a video from your seat, listen to music, make a call, or tap/use gestures for phone control without necessarily having to pick it up to do so. Thoughtfully, this stand also allows you to charge the unit while the phone is in landscape mode, making for easy table-top viewing of wide-format movies/videos while still jamming those charging ions back into in the phone's battery. We've got about 7 wireless charging pads littered about the house now, but I didn't realize how nice it would be to actually use the phone naturally while it was still charging as I've become accustomed to picking the phone up off a charging pad when I needed to work the controls--such is not necessary with the Belkin stand. While not TOO large, the orientation of the charger itself does seem to take up just a little more space sitting there than a smaller, coaster-sized charging plate because while it's sticking up, you have to be mindful of the fact that you might knock it over with your hands--you also can't easily set a few papers or anything on top of it when not in use. Both front and rear supports have a rubberized runner across the bottom surface to prevent the unit from sliding around, but the support legs are NOT collapsible which feels like a missed opportunity because this would make for an awesome travel charging stand if you could pack it flat. Like Belkin's other understated wireless chargers this year, the status light is a single, mercifully small white pinhole LED indicator--what I affectionately refer to as "sleep-friendly." One of my review photos shows the charging status LED lit up on the top edge of the charging surface--when the phone is oriented vertically on the stand, the LED is fully behind the top edge of my iPhone X. The LED also turns orange to indicate a problem (foreign object between phone and charging surface, device misalignment, high temperature warning, etc.), but an additional color to indicate the phone is fully charged would have been a nice touch. As it is, the white LED remains solidly lit while there's a phone on the stand, and when the battery is fully charged--essentially meaning you'll pretty much always see a white LED indicator when a phone is properly sitting against the charging surface, regardless of battery charge level. This is about my only real usability complaint because the charger does deliver on the fast-charge promise. Specifically, the included Quick-Charge AC-to-USB power adapter took about 30-ish minutes to pull up a phone with a 4% charge level back into the low 80% territory, so a differently colored status light would have been a useful addition to know when the battery was back to a full charge. Stylistically, the Belkin does its job but nothing much more...construction is all black, semi-gloss plastic; the face isn't adorned with any ornamentation or loud/colored branding. In the center of the charging surface, a subtle, recessed Belkin man logo is standing above equally small and understated "belkin" lettering...that's pretty much all you see from the front. It's unassuming and professional-looking and would do just fine in an office setting if you needed something out in the open that wasn't loud or garish. Rather than rely on a noisy fan for heat control, the charger is designed to throttle charging output if there's a temperature problem and cut off charging entirely if the phone remains hot for an extended period of time. Honestly, I haven't experienced any such problems so I can't personally attest to just how well this might work in practice, but I will say that the thermally controlled fan in a competitor's high-output wireless charger became so intrusive that I ended up moving this fanless charger onto my nightstand thanks to its blissfully silent operation. There is a thoughtfully recessed cutout at the back of the charging plate to accommodate the head of the micro USB charging cable--this effectively provides strain relief for the small (and often delicate) micro-USB connector, a definite plus for the sake of longevity given how many times I've had a micro-USB connector fail on me. Of note, the included charging cable is only 4 feet long...so long as you have an outlet for the Quick Charge adapter handy within that distance, you're golden. Typical of Belkin's offerings, this is another well-designed accessory that does its job very well, and does it in a way that doesn't draw attention to the fact that it's doing so. I do wish the stand could fold flat as I think that alone would help elevate this charger well above any competition offering similar stand-up charging capabilities; but it's still a solid unit worthy of consideration--definitely recommended.

I got this Belkin Boost UP wireless charger because my new Sony XZ2 supports Qi wireless fast charging. I’ve been using wireless charging on and off since the Nexus 6, I’ve had many phones in between that and the XZ2 and always miss having the convenience of wireless charging when I get a phone without it. The main advantage I see is there’s no need to plug in a charging cord, and thus reducing the wear and tear on the USB port. Wireless charging has never been very fast, but it works fine for me as I would put it on the charger overnight while sleeping or on my desk while working. I never had to worry about having a dead battery. Now as for this Belkin Boost UP charger, it came with the charging pad, “mines in white”, instruction manual and a power adapter. The included power adapter is nice as I have quite a few wireless chargers and all of them want you to provide the power source, usually the adapter included with your phone. All the others also connect by a micro USB port or attached USB cable. This one uses a mini jack and not a USB port for attaching the included power adapter. The power adapter is a switching power adapter and provides 15 volts at 1.5 amps. The pad itself is thicker than the other chargers I have by quite a bit and feels very sturdy. There’s a rubber ring around the top of the pad to help keep the phone from slipping off and with the super slick back of the XZ2 if you aren’t using a case you won’t have to worry about the phone sliding off. There’s also a very small white led on the front side of the pad that glows when the pad is active, it’s not very bright so shouldn’t be a problem at night if using it by the bed while sleeping. Here are some results I got from trying the charger at around a 63-65% charge, I use Ampere to measure the charging speed and current. Belkin 63% battery 1180mA max with case and stayed around 1100-1150mA 64% battery 1180mA max without case and stayed around 1150-1170mA Not much of a change with or without the case. Cheap $18 wireless charger that I used a 1.5A phone charger with. 65% battery 570mA max with case and stayed around 560-570mA 65% battery 570mA max without case and stayed around 560-570mA No change if the case were on or off. Let the battery run down to 35% and put it on the charger, on the lock screen the little Qi symbol appeared and Ampere reports the same 1100mA range as before with the case on. After 12 minutes though the battery temp went up to 39C about 102F and the current dropped to 780ma, but it did manage to bring it from 35 to 46% in that amount of time. I don’t rely totally on wireless charging, especially when the battery drops really low and if it’s not close to the end of the day, but this is such a handy option to have just for the convenience of letting your phone charge while it’s sitting and not have to worry about messing with charging cables when answering a call. So far this charger is working out really well, it quickly charges my XZ2, much faster than my other chargers and if your phone supports Qi Quick charge then this may be well worth considering.

This charger is nicely built, base has a good feel to it and a rubberized ring on the top prevents phone from sliding around while charging. For iOS devices - make sure you running the latest iOS release to enable 7.5W wireless charing. Charger requires it's own power supply to be used, which is 100-240V input and 15V 1.5A Output supply with a proprietary barrel connector. Cord length is about 57" which allows flexibility in placement. Charing base has a small LED at the bottom which glows white if phone is detected and charging, it would glow yellow if Phone is not correctly placed. I've found that precise placement is not required as log as the phone's center is approximately in the middle of a charging base. Charging speed - with 7.5W charger it's 50% faster than included 5W wired charged but of course it's slower than using iPad charger or 29W USB-C adapter with USB-C cable. Charger does not get very hot while charging. iPhone X is able to recognize my face when I'm sitting at my desk and phone is on the charing base. Overall - it's an excellent choice if your Phone supports Qi charging technology and you don't like plugging it in!

This charger has a max power output of 10W for Android phones (iPhone 8 and X charge at about 7.5W which is their max capacity with any Qi charging base). The design is very simple and pleasing., with a white glossy finish circle that looks like a coaster. This model is also sold directly by Apple and Belkin offers three years warranty, plus warranty for connected devices so it gives me confidence in it's quality. The charger comes with its own power supply, which uses a round power plug. The cable is about 5 ft. The power plug is rather large. It supports 110v/220v (good for international travel) but it doesn't include travel adapters. Other wireless charging pads we have in the house use an USB plug instead but doesn't come with the power supply, like this one. The charging base has a very subtle white light that's on when charging and off when removing the phone from the pad. The bottom is rubberized and the top has a rubber ring so the phone stays in place. We're using it with an iPhone 8 Plus, that has a plastic case, and works just fine, placing the phone about centered on the pad. It's OK if the phone is off center. It just works. The white light turns on, the phone beeps and the charging indicator goes green, no fuss. If you're looking for something that 'just works', get this. It charges fast, it comes with everything you need (cable and power supply). The charging light is subtle, which works in a bedroom but also visible during the day. If the light changes color, it's when the charger detects a problem, and goes off when not charging. Works with newer Android phones and new iPhones, and with cases on the phones.

The Belkin Boost Up wireless charger is light and it is also a compact size that takes very little room. I have it on my night stand and it is very easy to use especially for a quick charge. I would sometime rest it on the Belkin Boost Up charger before I shower and I come back to sometimes more than 30% more battery from a quick charge. This is a great add on for my iPhone 8 or newer and will be great if you have any mobile device with the Qi technology. It does not take much to un plug and relocate this charger but it is so cool to have that I will get another for my living room for when I’m watching tv. This Belkin Boost Up charger is very simple and it does exactly what it should do which is charge your phone. It is priced right and I find it very convenient. No more trying to find the port to charge my phone because now all I need to do is rest it on the Belkin Boost Up pad. I have been using it for a few days and I hope to use it for a long time to come. This is a great product from Belkin.
