The product stopped working a few months after the purchase date in November. During this time it’s was Covid high alert and I was in fear for my life and the life of my family members to inform my employer (who had given us remote access) would make me return to the office. When Covid for the most part was very contained I tried seeking the help of Bestbuy and manufacturer whom both informed me that cannot help because the docking station outside of return window and warranty. So I’m stuck with this defective product. I eventually bought the same manufacturer similar thunderbolt’s product and got the same EXACT PROBLEM without hesitation and no COVID THREAT I Promptly returned the product for my full refund the second time around. Unfortunately I still have the first malfunctioning unless docking station.

it's ok for the price, but I feel the CalDigit TS3 plus is a much better option even considering the lack of DisplayPort 1.4. Not many monitors support that anyway. Also not powerful enough to power the 15inch macbook and two monitors. Sad.

This docking station is an absolute beast! I'm currently using it to hookup my 16" MacBook Pro to the following peripherals: - 34" 3440x1440 100hz primary monitor (which is hooked up to a DP 1.4 switch to swap between Mac and my PC) - 24" 1920x1080 75hz secondary monitor (with an HDMI to DisplayPort adapter) - USB Keyboard, Mouse and Microphone - And I plan to add an Elgato CamLink with a Sony a6400 mirrorless camera. It's handling my current workload with ease AND charging my Mac quite efficiently! I can't recommend this product enough.

It worked amazingly..... for a couple of months... I loved this thing. It made the transition of working with my work laptop and my desktop a breeze... unfortunately it stopped working after a couple of months and now it wont connect to my displays.

Needed Thunderbolt 3/4 to match my new 2021 Apple MacBook Pro for fast file transfer from multiple sources and to connect dual external monitors. The Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Dock Plus docking station met all my needs.

The docking station works well, but the Thunderbolt 3 wire that was provided was faulty. Once I replaced the wire everything worked. Figuring out where the connection problem was; was not a fun adventure!

Best docking station I’ve ever used. Great performance connecting Mac and PC. Would be nice if it had a second display port but I’m sure that will become obsolete

Failed on me one month after warranty expired. Only one displayport output works and the charging feature. All of the USBs ports also failed. Was told it was a windows issue but verified it was the dock.

I purchased this dock for my MacBook Pro with the goal of unflattering my desk at a reasonable price. Mission accomplished - it is the perfect size. The power cord is long enough to reach the surge protector behind the desk (not true of all docks) and there are sufficient ports for all of my needs.

Wire for charging is lose and gets touched and stops charging occasionally, beside that, it is very functional.

Bought 2 neither worked only one of the two projected a monitor. No driver support online says it’s just a windows driver. Even if there is a work around not user friendly. Both were used with brand new laptops. Went with an older dock solution and they worked.

My wife is using this to power her Macbook external monitor set up. She reports that it works fine.

Excellent, but HDMI v1.4 is different. I did not notice that. I should but I 'm slightly outdated. I knew the Belkin was a Thunderbolt-3 interface (not T-bolt v1.4) - o.k. it was cheaper and provided the,(my), necessary I/O (inputs/outputs). It's good, it works, with Windows 11 it is plug and play - but - I need a different cable. (Also note that it has no sound). One end is tapered on an angle I do not know that for sure, but, digging, that is my understanding. All I need is dual display for the HP (x360 2-in-1 13.5" bla bla bla . . . tenny weeny display. One end of the Belkin connector is tapered at ~45 degree angle, the other end is straight. I guess it also has video limitations and audio. My display is fine.

New Apple computer works great with this. Belkin makes great stuff!

Easy to set-up. would be nice if Belkin provided a little more info about the device and best ways to setup and use it. Has really cleaned up my computer space setup.

Does not work with any Chrome OS. Bestbuy does not support returning the product. Buyer beware!

Does not work as advertised. Last thing I will buy from Best Buy

Working really great to hook up to a laptop and 2 monitors.

This docking station was easy to set up and worked great with my MacBook Pro and LG monitor.
