the first thing I made on this griddle was sunny side up eggs and they came out perfect. I was so surprised. I can’t do that in my pan on my stove, but I did that on my griddle. today I’m going to do bacon eggs, and potatoes. And I have confidence that it’s gonna be perfect. I think it’s worth the money. Make a little or make a lot and it’s even temps all around the griddle. And it’s not like that in my pan on my stove. I’m very happy with it.

Build quality is good. Nonstick top works easily. Cleaning is also hassle free as incline nature id top helps in dripping all water/ oil in lower tray.

This is the best griddle on the planet. A friend had one and it makes breakfast lunch and dinner. We did fajitas, pancakes, and grilled cheese sandwiches. Plus, it doesn’t give you forever chemicals.

This is the first time that I have cooked on a ceramic griddle. I absolutely love it. No grease that is a big plus for me. You should invest into one I don't think you'll be disappointed.
