I bought the mixer as an alternative to a large-scale mixer for making small batches of concrete. I was worried that the product would not hold up well for this alternative use, but found it to not only do an excellent job of blending simple concrete mixtures but its stainless steel bowl and hard plastic components hold up well to the traditionally abrasive cement and sand components of the mixes and provide easily cleanable surfaces for cleaning. Now I'm interested to actually get one for mixing cake batters and cookie doughs in my home. Thanks!

I love how beautiful the color is and that all parts of the mixer store within each other and that the stainless steel mixing bowl can be used on its own.

Works well for the dough gor a single loaf and for most light to medium applications. Havent tried a two loaf batch, so cant vouch for that. If youre baking forva small family, a great budget choice.
