I have not gotten to use the product yet. My review is simply based on the fact that I received this item dented as soon as I open the box after it being delivered. I guess because this item was on sale and because Bella Pro seems to be a very good brand, that must be why it sold out so quickly. So I was unable to get this returned and buy another one just like it as a replacement for the damaged item I received. I was told that it was out of stock in the store and surrounding stores and out of stock online. So I’m a little upset because I have been a total member with Best Buy for probably 10 years or so and I love Best Buy and their Member perks and their deal of the day and promotions. When you’ve been a loyal customer and you buy something you really like and you’re just told that there’s nothing they can do. They’ll refund your money, but you can’t get the product or another product like it, that is pretty upsetting. You would think that Best Buy would offer you something similar or maybe the same model in a different color or something, but I was simply told I could get a refund since my product received was damaged, but there’s nothing else they can do. Yes, I know that’s reasonable, but still unfortunate and upsetting. I’m sad about this still, because my experiences with BestBuy has been great. I still love the Bella Pro line of appliances!!

Amazing! Slow cooker. Very efficient. Said it forget it doesn't overheat

I received my order on my porch. The box was upside down and bottom was torn opened. One of the crock pot brown insert was broken I got on line with Ai which was no help. Finally talked to a young man that told me I would have to return the whole order to the store. Why can’t I return the broken piece or why not ship me a new orde and take the old one with them. No I have to bring in to the store. I am 77 and can not carry it. I’m very disappointed with Best Buy. In the last 5 years I have purchased 5 TVs plus receivers most expensive washer and dryer. Also the most expensive counter depth fridge 2 robo litter boxes at $ 1,000. Each plus 3 new iPads etc. now they a problem with my $25.00 crock pot.

I needed two more slow cookers for a family gathering and this was the cheapest set I could find. I like that the cord stores underneath the unit. The slow cookers look nice, but the outer covering of the slow cooker is very thin and will dent easily. I'm not sure that the temperature regulation is the same as my more expensive slow cooker, it seems to run hotter. Both cooked well, but when left on low, the contents started to burn around the edges. That is not something I have had issues before. Overall, this is a usable set. I would recommend them in a pinch, but go for the higher priced versions for better temperature control.

Looks really good and seems to work great as well. Not fully programmable (two time options for low and high each) but probably would be sufficient for most recipes (you could always manually extend/end early). Excellent deal for both.

Large enough for family meals. I like the convenience of the smaller crockpot.

This duo is great for saving time cooking meals. I often start the veggies in the smaller one while I cook roast or gravey dinners while the children prepare for dinner. Once I adjust the settings, it’s a go. Saves much time and energy, especially since school started. Soups, chilli, cheese, beans, cabbage, greens, Mac n cheese, meatballs, oatmeal, grits and the list goes on. Easily start your preferred meal, let it cook while you attend to other chores.

This dynamic duo from Bella has it all and more. Just throw in the ingredients, set it, then go about your day and come home to a wonderful meal.

I bought the set of crockpots for a housewarming gift. They loved them and I liked them so much, I went back and bought myself a set.

My wife loved the combination of the two I highly recommend this buying. This was the best deal I gotten all year.

The slow cooker cooked a little than my previous digital cooker from Bella. I purchased this one because I wanted the smaller one. I was disappointed it wasn’t digital and that I couldn’t see my time remaining while cooking. Overall the size is good and it cooks great.

I like Bella 6-qt & 2-qt slow cookers I bought. They work very well.

I bought this set to use because my insta pot, although wonderful, takes so long to vent when I want to add veggies after cooking meat a long time. With the slow cooker I can just lift the lid and add. This works perfectly. Not sure what I'll use the small one for but the big one is great!

This slow cooker set is stylish, neutral and a great bundle deal. It goes with many aesthetics and works as intended

Instruction booklet made the initial cleaning and use simple. Put the roast in on the 10 hour setting, checked it at about 8 hours and it was done to perfection.

Love it came With 2 sizes to prepare For a small or large meal

So far everything has been fine in using both crockpots! Love the oatmeal color, too! I use it during these 100-degree plus summer days, so the kitchen isn't heated-up w/oven or stove. The price was a great deal, too!
