I previously had what I would call more simplistic rice cooker, which went bad on me. So far I'm really highly impressed with this. First off it has a number of different buttons which can handle white rice Brown rice, granola and even oatmeal, which is what I use at most for. There's also grains a steamer included, slow cooker as well as yogurt feature which I have not utilized yet. As for the oatmeal future, it does not overcook the oatmeal, really maintains the temperature so that it comes out to the right consistency! It's also much more solid unit than the previous unit I had, which only had an on and off button. I'm also a big fan of the stainless steel ceramic coated nonstick coating. I'm someone who's tried to get rid of Teflon and a ceramic coating based on everything I read is far better for all of us, this gives me much more security when using this rice cooker. Overall, very happy with it, I have a lot of confidence and what it will be able to do going forward. The only thing that can be considered a pro or con is the size, certainly is a large unit, which I think is great but it does take up some space on your countertop so you will likely want to have a cover to put away from is it is a counter hog due to the size and the ability of food it can produce. So far nothing but good things to say and I would highly recommend this. I'd also try to wait for a sale if you can as I think I paid about $35 for it and I think the suggested price is much higher than that.

Aside from small scratches on the top cover of this item, I like the design and size of this 20 cup digital rice cooker! Highly recommend for the quality, affordability. and many uses.

I highly recommend this product. It cooks food easily and efficient. No hassles with food sticking in the rice cooker as it is made of stainless steel. It does cook food slowly but it is worth having this rice cooker for its high quality, value and good reviews about it.

The product itself is good but it’s hard (for me) to read /see the guide for water line because it’s all black inside. I need to find a right angle, turn on the kitchen light and wear my eyeglass to make sure I’m on the right line.

I have been a great experience with Bella product and I have bought 2 year back air fryer and this year I bought Bella Rice cooker with a great feedback of air fryer I bought this product. I see great performance for this rice cooker as well and I am very happy that I bought this technology product with touch screen and with very low price comparing to other companies products are twice the Bella rice cooker and this rice cooker is having one touch feature to start the cooking comparing to turn on and off mechanical switch. Rice cooked are plane rice and well as Biryani and Pulao. Rice cooked and seen as perfect long rice and I feel I am eating like my mother cooked backed in India.

My old rice cooker would spray water from under the lid and only made a few cups. The rice iften burned or was crunchy in a bad way. This thing is massive! And the rice comes out perfect every time. Its very easy to clean too. I steamed salmon and veggies and cooked my rice at the same time. Its great for making yogurt and morning oatmeal too. Well worth it!

20 cup, 2 layer, cook different food and easy to claerning.

Pretty easy to use and clean. I always use rice for many of my meals and i find it always so difficult to cook rice while also trying to cook like salmon or steak so with this all I have to do is add the ingredients and hit start and poof perfect rice every time definitely recommended. I’d say it makes it worlds easier if your into meal prepping.

I initially had some trouble with the Bella PRO - 20-Cup Digital Rice Cooker, which led me to return it. However, after replacing it with the same model, I'm pleased to say that this one works perfectly. No issues whatsoever I'm glad I gave it another chance. Highly recommend for its ease of use and performance.

Does what i wanted and more. I cook fice often and this helps so much especially when i and extra flavors or an egg. It cooks everything to perfection.

I recommend it 100%, it helps me to cook rice and vegetables at the same time, I save time as healthy. It's large, it looks very elegant in the kitchen.
