There are some pros and cons. I’ll start with pros. Pros : it’s stylish and looks beautiful in my kitchen! The size and capacity of the bowl is good. Cons : if you’re looking to purée something it may not give you the smoothest purée and leave some larger pieces. It’s a bit loud but I’m okay with that. I hope it will hold up well. We will see!

This is the best thing I have in my kitchen. It just reduced my time in kitchen for chopping to making dough. So useful and my favorite buy from Best Buy till date .

Makes some mean buffalo chicken dip. Would reccomend to a friend.

Ordered this for delivery since not available in store. Arrived with outer packaging destroyed. Inner packaging (product box) was destroyed with cutouts like someone returned it after a rebate. Cutting blades were dinged all to heck. Tape all over product box trying to hold loose parts in. Initiated exchange. Replacement arrived in worse shape with no outer packaging so refused delivery at BB advice. Now informed they will only send one initial replacement and after that you are out of luck. Inferior service on the part of BB. Be aware, if it is marked down, it is likely a defect/return BB is trying to cut its loss on and you are the loser. See pics.

I've only used this food processor 2 or 3 times. Most recently, the plastic hub on the slicing/grating disc completely disintegrated while grating a block of cheese. The unit is less than 2 years old so I submitted a claim. Bella/Gather rejected claim and responded that "this product will be free from mechanical defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years" but "non mechanical parts" only 90 days. I'd consider a completely melted center hub a mechanical defect. Won't be buying anything from Bella in the future. Best Buy should really take another look at whether it's in their best interest to be selling products like this

I bought this product but the product was bad and the power button was broken. I went to the store to exchange the product and the item came today. Its a horrible experience when I opened it. its used product and there is no box at all. best buy sent me the used product whereas i paid for new product. here is the picture of the product after opening the best buy box. you will be surprised what best buy is doing: Comon best buy, you should treat it nicely. I dint want to spend money for used product. Definitely need to return!

I bought this for coarse ground nuts to make my family favorite daily nuts bars. However, it doesn't work well and extremely nosey machine, and my pet was upset. I threw it a couple of food processors, probably this is one of these. Disappointed.

I got very disappointed in BestBuy delivery because Bella Processor came in a box full of tapes and the cup with a broken handle.

They sent me a used one when my order has to be new! It has a sticker says ” inspected ”. Even though it's not working.

If I could give this product no stars I would. My shredder broke after 3 uses. I will never purchase Bella Products again. Customer service is awful too.

As I was washing it I notice one of the part was broken now am out of the return period and stuck with a broken product
