First off I love this color after having red, black and silver small appliances it has been a fresh change. Also moving into a place with smaller counter space it has been a blessing to have a slim design. Only thing I would change is have a reservoir for the water so I wouldn't have to refill after each cup of coffee otherwise it's a great product.

I bought this coffee maker with use of K- cup or loose coffee/ tea. I never thought after opening the box, how surprised I would be with this product. Compact, options, and easy. Coffee/ Tea is hot. You can make your single serving what size you chose. It has a drip catcher. Easy to clean. I leave this product plugged in all day. Coffee in the morning, Tea in the afternoon. I love Bella products. Try this brew maker. With the cup option, different flavors. Every Coffee bar needs this small appliance.

These kinds of small, inexpensive kitchen appliances don't last forever. We're on our 4th Keurig or Keurig clone, like the Bella you're wondering about. After several weeks of moderate use, I'm estimating this one will last several years. It's easy to use, clean, and brews reasonably quickly. I recommend it for an inexpensive option. The reason for four stars only? Here's the scoop (pun intended :) The appliance has three pieces. The unit itself and two inserts, one for the K-cups and the third is the "filter" basket. You will see in the Q&A section that Bella says the filter is expected to last 3 to 6 months. (What the heck?) But - and here's the reason for the demotion - Bella does not sell replacement parts AND their support people (who are very nice) don't know what third-party part filter to get. There are many vendors offering these, BUT the Keurig-style filters do not fit. Sorry, I don't have a suggestion yet, but it's easy enough - just use an AI, like CoPilot or ChatGPT - measure the filter and AI will suggest a replacement. The part is plastic with the filter mesh made of stainless steel. If you're careful cleaning it (so that the mesh doesn't detach from the plastic housing), it should last more than 6 months. ... But I will be buying a replacement anyway - hopefully one of the completely stainless units will work. One last thought: the paper filters will fit and they do stop the fine grounds - but, if you're like me, you don't mind Cowboy Coffee :)) Enjoy and drink one for me - cheers
