Overall the BenQ multi media group, is mind blowing! I compared BenQ to leading products and tk700 is truly unmatched. Harware minimalist and durable . FPS and HDR resolution awesome , even its easy setup is so functional. I would recommend to anyone!

Got this projector to replace my beloved benq w1070 after its chip finally went bad making white dots everywhere. Loved that projector since its release and was worried this one wouldnt be able to fill it's shoes. So far so good with this one. Ive had it for about a month now and its picture, color, and blacks have been an upgrade. Was as easy as taking it out od the box and justbputti g it where thr old one wws. After adjusting zoom and focus i was off and running in about 15m. Just dont forget to turn on high altitude mode if you plan of using this daily for long periods so it doesnt have heat issues that can come with using any prjector formlomg movie or game.sessions. Was glad to see it had the feature just like the w1070

A solid projector so far, but if you can find one you might want to consider upgrading to something like the x3000i with a larger p3 color space from Benq instead. Long story short, very happy with our tk700 so far, it's got amazing response time for gaming but ours is mainly used for streaming content like Netflix, Disney+, etc... With an Apple TV 4k. To that end, the flaw the tk700 has is color and black levels, but after a day of experiments I have managed to dial in a very watchable image that works great for our needs. The TK 700 is only rated 98% rec709, meaning in the end you won't be able to get much of the extended color space used in some more modern content, but it's far from a deal breaker. It can do enough of it to render a really nice image with some minor saturation issues - black levels are another negative, but again, with tweaks we still got a great image and tested it with pretty dark films/scenes like the new Batman flick. Word of advise though, stay away from HDR unless the content was designed with HDR in mind - like a game. Otherwise we've found that forcing the AppleTV into SDR with 4:4:4 color is the best option, and from there we've had the best results with the living RM setting on the 700 plus adjustments. It's a good projector for the money, and the thing that it was designed to do - i.e. gaming, it excells at.

Already a huge fan of the BenQ products. This projector fits right in. a big step up from what i previously had. so hard to find anything (at the moment) that would have been on the “wish-to-have” list.

Easily mountable, great quality even with lights on. Still need to close blinds.

This thing works great I use it for my golf simulator looks great in 4k never used it for anything else so can’t comment on that no issue so far

Overall, this projector has exceeded my expectations. Whether for movie nights, gaming, or streaming, the BenQ 4K projector delivers a premium experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch picture quality!

This projector is amazing to play your games on. I would highly recommend it!

Pretty stable The 4K really come thorough. You could just about lose your self in a program you watching

I purchased this projector one year ago and at the same time purchased total tech membership. Unknowingly my total tech membership was canceled, and I was never contacted about it although I was told they’re supposed to send an email, when I asked them to let me know what date the email was sent because I didn’t see it in my inbox. The guy basically said I was out of luck because it was canceled . They attempted to renew my membership with had been stolen, and therefore they couldn’t renew it, I was never sent an email, nor any type of phone call to assist with this. When I contacted Best Buy, I basically got their butt to kiss. I now have this projector, a dishwashing machine and other high price items that will not be covered nor was I given an option to cover it out of pocket. Best Buy just showed me exactly what type of customer service they providee. I am now having to find somewhere to fix this projector that has now broken after one year of use after being hung in my movie room and jeit being used to watch kovies/ play games. I called customer service and spoke with someone with an accent who was very rude and had very poor comprehension skills, Therefore, my questions were not answered. Instead of her listening to me she over talk to me and kept interrupting me and then said she was dropping the call but did not drop it and instead allowed dead air to continue on until I had to hang up. I was simply trying to ask her about which type of membership it was I had in the first place which I now know was total tech. I spent a lot of money with Best Buy over the years and at this point very frustrated at the lack of customer service, especially when trying to escalate an issue—-There’s no way to do so you’re basically stuck speaking with people who don’t have your best interest at heart. in the future when it comes to products with a bigger price tag I will be shopping elsewhere. Please beware of the type of company you’re buying your items from because once you’re out of the store they don’t care.

Do not buy from Best Buy. I bought this unit for a golf simulator and it was not bright enough for the space. I attempted to return it within their return window was told they would charge me a $160 restocking fee.
