charge's great super long and very durable. doesn’t tear or rip (i have cats that chew on it sometimes)

It's not easy to find a 10' long cable/charger for my IPhone, but Best Buy offered it at a very reasonable price. It was delivered next day right to my door! Now I can chat away with my friends all day long why my phone while it's being charged thanks to my new long cable and I can just lay down on my couch :-)

The cable feels high quality and doesn't come loose. The extra length is really nice. You don't have to worry about it wiggling around in your phone if you bump into it.

The purchase was fine, but you need to improve customer service. The first young man I spoke to said I could use any cord for my iPad. While I tried to decide, a second young man asked if he could help, and informed me that because of the age of my iPad, only one style would work. He saved an extra trip for me as I would have had to return the one that didn’t work. It seems that unless I’m making a major purchase, they can’t be bothered.
