This is what you need to connect normal headphones to a AV receiver. AV receivers makers think you are going to use studio headphones with a big fat connection but come on. This adapter works with the 3.5 earbuds that you have in a drawer or maybe you still have from your Walkman or OG iPod lol

Purchased this jack adapter to make it possible to use headphones with my electronic piano keyboard. I ordered online so I wasn’t sure it was the right product. The description was exact and the jack did just what I had hoped: it cancelled the audio in the room when I was wearing the headphones. Saves my family from dreadful chord and scales practicing! I recommend this product & I would buy again online at the Best Buy Website!
