Customer Ratings & Reviews

Very good set. Connects easily. Once connected you just turn it on with an easy on-off button on bottom of the mouse. Battery install easy. Works great.

I am very pleased with the Best Buy essentials™ Full-size Wireless Membrane Keyboard and Mouse Bundle. For anyone who spends their day juggling complex projects and high-volume communication, this set is a fantastic addition to the desk. Smooth Performance & Ease of Use The "speed" and responsiveness of both the keyboard and mouse are impressive for a wireless setup. The 2.4GHz USB receiver provides a rock-solid connection with zero noticeable lag, which is essential when you're multitasking between different applications. It was truly a "plug-and-play" experience—I was up and running in seconds without any tedious software installation. Built for Comfort and Efficiency The keyboard features a full-size layout, which is a must-have for professional data entry and quick navigation. The membrane keys have a soft, quiet feel that makes long hours of typing much more comfortable. The mouse is equally reliable, with a contoured shape that fits the hand naturally, allowing for precise control and smooth scrolling through long documents or web pages. The Power of Simplicity What I appreciate most is how this bundle simplifies my setup. By using a single USB receiver for both devices, it keeps my workspace clean and frees up ports for other peripherals. It’s a powerful, straightforward solution that delivers exactly what it promises. Final Verdict If you’re looking for a dependable, no-nonsense keyboard and mouse bundle that can keep up with a heavy workload, this Best Buy essentials™ set is an incredible value. It’s efficient, comfortable, and built to handle a busy professional environment.

I’ve been using the Best Buy Essentials Full-Size Wireless Membrane Keyboard and Mouse Bundle for about 21 days, and I’m really happy with it so far. It’s easy to use and connect — just plug in the USB receiver and both the keyboard and mouse work instantly without any setup. The keyboard feels smooth and responsive, making typing comfortable and quiet, while the full-size layout with adjustable tilt is great for long typing sessions. The mouse is simple but works well for everyday tasks, and the overall design feels solid for the price. I also like the media shortcut keys for quick volume and playback control. Both devices use batteries (2 AAA for the keyboard and 1 AA for the mouse), which isn’t a big deal but something to note. After three weeks of use, everything still works perfectly with no lag or connection issues. For around $20, this is an excellent, budget-friendly wireless combo that’s ideal for work, school, or everyday use.

Compact and easy to set up for use. Keyboard keys are easy to type on and like the distinctive letters and numbers.

This Best Buy Essentials wireless keyboard and mouse bundle is a good choice if on a budget for sure. I have had zero issues with the keyboard. The mouse however is vert easy to click the right button by my finger only laying on top of it. Instead of doing a return, I added a band aid and a little waterproof medical tape to the top cover as shown in the picture included and it works fine for me.

This is a very cheap keyboard and mouse bundle having great quality and value including a number pad which is very useful for me and the mouse has many cool buttons with useful features. Overall a great keyboard and mouse bundle with a very great price and value!!!

Excellent mouse and keyboard devices, very confortables

Easy to use and strong connectivity. Recommend to everyone to buy

Genial me gusta mucho, es tremendo equipo la recomiendo

was looking for a lightweight wireless keyboard and grabbed this since it was their cheapest, and its the ones our teachers used in school and i always like them. got home and tried to use it but the keyboard would only work if i pressed down on the batteries. mouse was fine but i was going to toss it anyway. wish the keyboard worked. i wouldve liked to use it

A solid and reliable wireless keyboard and mouse combo from Best Buy. The keyboard is the true star here, boasting a fantastic tactile feel with quiet, responsive keys that make typing a pleasure. It connected seamlessly with my computer, and the battery life has been impressive. The mouse, while perfectly functional for everyday tasks, doesn't quite match the premium feel of the keyboard. It's a bit on the light side and feels basic, but it gets the job done without any lag or connectivity issues. Overall, a great value, especially for the quality of the keyboard.

I purchased this to use at my home office. it is a very good product at a reasonable price compared to high end expensive key boards. both keyboard and the mouse works with one remote USB receiver. when not in use both the keyboard and the mouse go to sleep saving the battery. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a good remote keyboard and the mouse for a reasonable price.

Simple and good. There's no frills, but it's a good standard keyboard with mouse. I got this set so that I only needed one dongle for both mouse and keyboard, and this certainly works. I haven't used it a ton, so I can't say how well it stands up to heavy use, but it's a basic keyboard. I will say my only thing is it is weirdly light? Which might be your thing, might not. For me, it felt a bit too light (especially when compared to my workhorse logitech keyboard at work). So that may speak to its quality, or hey, maybe it's all the better for travel. It has full keys (not the slim kind), so you want the keys to be the type you want there!

Good tactile feedback on keyboard. Have to get used to the music player button just above the escape key. Kept hitting it on accident. Mouse has some buttons on side. Also needed to get used to not clicking them by accident. Overall good performance and value for the money

Keyboard is very familiar and easy to use. The roller on the mouse is a little sticky and does not always have the desired effect.

The Keyboard size and ergonomics are fine but the mouse does not operate as smooth as a Logitech and the side buttons on the mouse are not conviniently placed

The keyboard is the perfect size for my desk and i really like the feel of the actual keys. Also, I haven't experienced any connection issues with the mouse or keyboard. I use this combo with my Imac and the savings compared to an Apple combo is tremendous

This keyboard is a great buy. Full size with a mouse. Does everything like an expensive keyboard for half the price. It works great with no problems. Best Buy essentials is the way to go. The salesman even recommended it. I like shopping for all my tech stuff at Best Buy. We even have tech support for all computer needs.

Great wireless keyboard and mouse! Works well with my computer. It’s comfortable and big enough to be able to use the keys easily. It is priced well also.

used to use a name brand product consistently but then one day they all started getting laggy, unresponsive, inconstlistent. I install and build pcs and networks and some years do 100 builds for clients offices. I gave up on the namebrands and gave these a try. So far they have worked flawlessly.
