Product works exactly as described. It let me connect my older dell VGA monitor to my Xbox with only HDMI. It also let me use audio with the included plug. No issues with it. It was a little harder than usual to screw on the VGA cable.

Very handy device. I have lots of old VGA-only monitors around, so this is very useful for connecting to a newer laptop for working from home.

This adapter is awesome. I have older monitors that are really good but with the newer laptop/desktops the older VGA plug is not supported. Plus I upgraded my video card and it doesn't have the VGA plug. This adapter works greater and is easy to use.

I am old school and hate to throw away perfectly functioning equipment and I needed to connect an older monitor to a laptop. The monitor had a larger screen/work area than my small laptop screen, so the larger monitor would make it easier to see everything better and have more room to work. I was a little hesitant at first, that this would work, but it did work perfectly, I plugged i into the monitor, then the hdmi port on the laptop and voila! bigger screen! I could still use the touch screen on the laptop and move icons and open files. Would recomend

I purchased a computer to replace an old, much slower computer. The new computer did not have either a VGA port or a DVI port to connect my existing monitor. This HDMI to VGA adapter filled the bill, as the computer had a HDMI port and this adapter uses a standard VGA cable to connect between the adapter and monitor. Worked as specified.

Easy to ise and Really helps on adding additional monitor

The product worked as described, had an old computer monitor that only have a DVI connection, plugged this into it and connected it to a Nintendo Switch and the screen came on and looked just as good as if the screen was made with an HDMI port.

My mother needed this converter in a hurry to get a projector working when the USB ports failed to work property. Plugged the HDMI into the laptop and the VGA port into the Projector and it worked flawlessly the first time. Being able to find it in a physical store was also a big help.

I was excited to try out a new graphics card until I realized my old monitor was only vga. Got this and problem solved. Easy to screw in the vga cable and plug into the hdmi port of my gpu. Great price too.
