Its fantastic they are still selling this in stores in 2025 even though VHS has fallen out of favor. Made it incredibly easy for me to come pic up, and worked great and easy on the first try

Bought this to reduce the snow on the playback of my tapes. Followed the instructions but it did not improve the quality but instead removed the glossy outer layer of my drumhead. I used the liquid solution & the head did not look like this before using the product.

My old VCR needed a good cleaning since I'm finally transferring a bunch of home movies over to DVDs... this cleaner definitely helped! My tapes were fuzzy at first but were much clearer after the cleaning... Only complaint is its hard to tell how many drops you're putting into the tape as the hole is rather small and you can't see the drops really...

The heads on my vcr were dirty and my tapes weren't playing, i came across this cleaner and it did a great job. My vcr is playing great again. Hopefully this will last untill i have my family movies transfered to dvd

This product definitely works well. Had no issues, although when you go to open the bottle, you have to use a push pin or something small enough to put a hole in the nozzle. I thought the bottle was dried out but it wasn’t. Just an FYI in case you’re confused like I was. Lol

Found old VHS tapes and vcr in my attic. So old they could hardly play. After finding this diamond in the rough and running it through a few times, I can enjoy watching family videos from years gone by. Thank you Best Buy for having this antique at your store.
