No Ability to Contact Company for faulty Product

The item arrived bent and breaking from poorly soldered base, which ruins ability to set up. Tried website, changed cookies settings, othere computers, etc... bottom line - will not connect due to "safety issues. Tried to contact just to get a new base through Best Buy website and someone responded - speak to Best buy to solve. Cute item - awful construction, no help whatsoever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
