Heavy umbrella stand.

This is a very heavy, solid umbrella stand. (82lbs) I have it on a cement patio surface and it is not going anywhere. Handy handles on top if you have to move it. Wheels lock. Holds my umbrella in place. I would not suggest putting it in grass. The instructions say it could possibly sink in the dirt after a rain.
