Bad tree?

I really wanted to love this tree it is a very beautiful tree and the bracnches are real touch adding an elegant touch. However not all the lights worked for this tree. Only the bottom half worked. I gave two stars because customers service was great. Maybe i was just unlucky with the tree I received.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
