This massager works reasonably well, but it doesn't live up to my expectations. Also, the remote control doesn't work. Best Choice sent a second remote control to me, but that one didn't work either. I replaced the batteries from both remote controls with brand new batteries but the new batteries didn't work either. Neither of the remote controls produced a control beam when using the old batteries or the new batteries. Best Choice should not advertise that the massager works with a remote control, since that is not true.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my spouse. They love it and use it daily. My only real complaint is that the cord is on the short side.

Overall it's good, it's a bit firm on the balls on the foot massager, but it is comfortable and does the job.

The massage balls underneath your feet are extremely painful when in motion. No setting without the ball moving.

Easy to use but the remote control doesn't work. You need to wear socks for support, the device squeezes hard.

This is a wonderful foot massager that is very comfortable and works well. Although it is a little bigger than I had expected, it is light and was easy for me to carry up to my bedroom. The remote makes it easy to control while seated. After 2 days of using it, my feet stopped cramping every night.

Not a good device for foot and it squeezes your foot very hard. Recommended once a week.
