This is good quality chair. I had an issue with assembly and they were so responsive with support. They also worked with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied. They offered to send a new chair because one of the screws wouldn't go completely in. Definitely a great group to work with.

how do rate something you tried to return. Best buy should not sell something that they are not willing to take back. I don't care if they have 3rd party affiliate, honor your products that you have on your website. I must have deleted the photos
