This recliner is super soft and comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I am 5’8” and I wish the back were a little taller. Other than that, even though the reclining position isn’t fast, it works great and I love the heated seat! The massage is just a low grade vibration, I’ve come to love the hum of it when I’m relaxing. I would recommend this recliner, especially since the price was so good since I got it on sale.

This chair is sooo comfortable! My mother is really enjoying her "new toy" and looks forward to sitting in this every day. It was really a great value for the price.

Bought this for ny husband and he loves how soft and comfortable it is. Would definitely recommend.
