Head board is smaller than it looks in the photos, but still have access the shelves with mattress on. The charging port does not work and customer service wasnt able to get a replacement for the part. The only option was take apart the bed that took a long time to build for a single cord on the back and return it, or a $13.50 refund for the charging port not working. The bed as is, is nice and sturdy. It wasnt too hard to build, just a lot of steps.

I love this bedframe. I wanted something sturdy and was skeptical at first, but metal frame works great!
