Pool that I only got half my order

Got a great deal on the pool my kids where so excited to get a new one after the storm took out the pool so ordered new pool on sale and they did not send box 1/2 only sent 2/2 to make things easey on the customer they made us send the pool back and wait for a refund then reorder for full price. No sorry no nothing will be almost 2 months after and we will have to reorder and pay full price. Not understanding why this even sounds close to being fair.
