Product seriously damaged due to have no packaging materials. All the plates were just in there frely damagjng the device. Also it was clearly used as there was syrup still jnside it. This the second product that i have purchased from them that was damaged and used.

Great waffle maker, however the plastic build makes the product feels cheap and easy to break.
