A: The answer really depends on how much you use them. With light to moderate usage the pads can last from 6 months to a year. We have found that if they feel like they are not sticking as well as they were, cleaning them gently with warm soapy water. If all else fails you can use electrolyte gel or spray to regain some tackiness.
