[Employee of bestbuy] Overall this product is decent and does what I want it to. I like the long cord that comes with it and the auto shut off feature is very nice. I only with that it got a little warmer on the hottest setting to penetrate a little deeper into the muscles.

Takes forever to heat up and when it does it is not as hot as you would expect.
