Great picture and audio quality on this one. One of my favorite 80's movies.

It had been years since I had seen this film. The entire franchise is a lot of fun. The story here is decent and provides a reason for Axel to trek from Detroit to Beverly Hills in this sequel to the original Beverly Hills Cop. Directed by the late Tony Scott, brother of Ridley Scott, and it looks great in 4K. The orange horizons have never looked so good. Film grain and detail are intact here with slight touches of HDR, but nothing that is going to show off your new 4K HDR display. Still, it is enjoyable and a great price for a 4K disc. The audio here is still 5.1, so no immersive audio upgrade and extras are slim to none. If you enjoy these films, it is a worthy upgrade for the price.

Alex Foley returns to Beverly Hills, Ca. to help his fellow cops in what is known as the Alphabet robberies and crimes. This sequel from 1987 looks good and sounds good now. A good solid sequel to the franchise. This is only the 4K and Digital copy release. Blu-rays for this movie have already been released previously. This edition also comes with a slipcover, so if you collect those as well, be sure to get it while you can. Now, we just have to wait for Beverly Hills Cop III on 4K.

A top notch 4K upgrade for this sizzling sequel from director Tony Scott! It’s unfortunate that none of the DVD special features were ported over to this release, so, Hold into that if you still own it. Otherwise, the viewing experience was fantastic!

Wasn’t sure that a less-than-popular 80s movie sequel would have a good 4k transfer but I was pleasantly surprised. Paramount seems to care a little more about their product than a lot of other companies and it shows with every 4k I purchase from them.

Hollywood legend Eddie Murphy returns as Detroit Detective Axel Foley in Beverly Hills Cop 2. Once again Murphy is in his prime, and at his very best playing the brash, motormouth Detective

Restoration work done on this film was top notch. Grain and fine detail were fantastic, and the movie itself is great also. I actually prefer this one to the first one.

Worth every penny to upgrade this more action packed sequel to 4K. The picture and audio are much improved for Tony Scott's fun sequel.

What could be better than Eddie Murphy as Axel Foley in 4k? This is an excellent transfer and looks great. You will enjoy it.

Terrific follow up to the original Beverly Hills Cop. This sequel has more action than its predecessor. The film looks great in 4K.

Paramount needs to keep pumping out these classics with great Audio and Video! Looks great next to the first one on the shelf!

Was waiting for this release on 4k. Just as expected. Video is great. Kind of wish it had the blu-ray disk with it.

I was really happy to see this come out and encoded in Dolby Vision, great quality stuff for videophiles

This is a worthy follow up to the original. More action, more comedy, more everything. It's the supporting characters that makes this sequel worth watching. Pretty good 4K transfer.

4k of this is a great upgrade. Some high level of video noise and grain in some places but mostly great.

Great movie. Eddie Murphy is so funny and a very good actor. Love all 3 of these movies.

I'm excited that these are getting 4k releases. I'm sure 3 will come out next year.

My favorite BHC movie out of the trilogy. The transfer is cleaner than the 1st one
