Excellent product easy to use cleans carpet great light weight

I had a handheld carpet cleaner and it was a pain to get up and down at my age. I purchased this Bissell Upright cleaner and it is a game changer. No up and down and it does the job really good. My carpet was exceptionally dirty and every time I changed the water it was black. I will clean my carpets every month now to try and maintain them, now that I don't have to get up and down all the time while cleaning them.

Much more compact than older HOOVER giant, but cleans vomit, pollen and mucus stains, if you add 1/4 12% peroxide with shampoo. Much better than shampoo alone or chem-spray pretreating. I also add a tablespoon of epson salt to bottom dirty container to prevent excess dirty suds or shampoo from lifting float excessively. Always take the time to do 1 or 2 final CLEAN WATER rinses, just to prevent any residue from clinging to your pets paws. Peroxide (12%) is highly oxidative so dilute it in half or a quarter and test it on a small inconspicuous area first. Also try to mop up areas under carpet if it is a remnant or area rug.

I had a horribly stained living room carpet and was minutes away from calling a commercial cleaning company but was short on funds so I checked out the local Best Buy and bought this Bissell. OMG, it worked wonders! Easy setup and cleaned beyond my expectations! Love it!

Solid overall item for the price. It’s not very wide compared to some other models and the tanks are also on the smaller side. On the positive side it cleans the carpet very well.

This Bissell was a game changer in my life. My granddaughter has a puppy and sometimes he would have accidents and with this machine I am able stay on top of them. It does a great job. So glad I bought it.

i had a handheld n retuned it for this it is pretty god i just feel like it dont clean dep in the carpet like the handheld iwas able to scrub this its like feels like it dont deep deep cvlean but if u want to clean the carpetfast i would recommend maby not full price tho
