This vacuum is easy to use and even easier to empty! The swivel feature is great and having the wand built into the handle is genius! It really gets the dirt up. What a wonderful deal!

The vacuum is easy to assemble, and the dirt tank is simple to remove and empty. I also like the edge cleaning, which helps along the baseboard. It's a reliable vacuum with great performance for the price, especially for a home with pets, but it could be lighter and more compact.

I’m honestly shocked at how much hair and dust this thing picks up, even after I just used my old vacuum. It’s pretty lightweight, so it’s easy to push around, and those lights on the front are super helpful for seeing under the couch. My only complaint is that it’s almost too powerful on some rugs, but for the price, it’s a great deal if you have pets.

This seems to be a very good Viking picks up really good and I love the light. It really lights up the floor for you to see what you’re picking up. It’s lightweight so it’s not too heavy. I’m pretty pleased with it.

It picks up really well. Since it has a smaller width it’s lighter, quieter and maneuvers easily around furniture legs and corners. The cord hook on the handle is useless as the cord will not stay in place while vacuuming

Amazing best decision ever I was between this and other brands but this definitely was the best decision especially if you have dogs at home

The vacuum function works well. However it sometimes is hard to get the stand to click and it will fall down randomly if you don't take extra time and effort to secure it.

I remember a time saying that no matter what vacuum you buy they all are the same and just seem to not pick up enough off your carpet or floor . NOT THIS ONE … definitely a game changer . This thing is so easy to use the swivel makes it so smooth like butter wherever you turn and it isn’t loud ! Im glad I decided to replace my vacuum with this one

Upon returning home from vacation, my daughter informed me that my vaccum cleaner had stopped working. Now while I have vinyl flooring I also have rugs in all rooms and two dogs who shed! I immediately went to Best Buy and purchased this vaccum. With the help of an associate, asking him questions about the different vaccums I decide this would be the best. No one to purchase. Normally I wouldn't let a young man who probably has never vaccummed before advise me but because of the training that he must have received at Best Buy he answered all of my questions and concerns with positivity and confidence. Thank you Best Buy! I love this vaccum. Bissell is a great product and Best Buy is a great store.

I thought my 6 year old Bissell vacuum did an excellent job of cleaning until I bought this new one. This is an awesome vacuum and it picks up everything. Very easy to maneuver and the lighting is a plus. You won’t be disappointed with this product.

I've only been using for about a month. It get's the job done, which is using it to vacuum my car and basement carpet. Just know the bristle brush is always spinning when the power is on.

It’s great! Got it and the amount of dirt it picked up compared to the last vacuum was shocking! It’s easy and convenient to take the attachments off for stairs and furniture. Highly recommended. Just wish the cord recoiled by foot instead of winding by hand

Very light great product will buy again next model

I purchased this vacuum about a month ago. It has the basic functions I need and I have used it several time and it works. It has plenty of power for the hardwood and carpet floor and cleaning the dust is easy, too. One thing I complained about this vacuum is its lower clearance. You need to push or pull very hard on the carpet. The height adjustment knob on the front does not help much, and it completely off only after 3 or four turnings. I have tried hard to mount it back but failed. I stopped using the vacuum now and I am thinking to use some fast dry glue to stick it back before I can use the vacuum again. So overall, it works as a basic vacuum but unless you're really looking for the budget buy, this vacuum is not recommended.
