Solid construction for the most part, with ease of use and convenience being the top selling feature. Worth the price but some of the plastic components feel cheaply put together. Not as powerful as a corded vacuum but gets the job done. Cost of additional batteries not worth their price. A full charge takes more time than you can use the product.

With two kids constantly tracking in dirt and leaving crumbs everywhere, I got tired of using an old-fashioned broom and dustpan. I wanted something compact, convenient, and straight to the point—and this does the job. The battery life is decent for the price, and it’s been more than enough for quick cleanups. If you have a larger house, I’d recommend picking up a second one so you’re never waiting on a charge. The extra attachments are a big plus too—I can easily clean the cars without having to drag out the bulky tank vacuum. Overall, it’s a great value and makes everyday messes much easier to handle.

I love mine. Great for small spaces, has lots of power. Also the roller brush is super easy to clean. The battery only lasts abouy half hour, but still can get aloy done in that time. Comes with attachments and the handheld part is super convenient!

Highly recommend this product! It was very easy to assemble. It comes with different attachments to use around the house or even to vacuum out your car. The battery pack charges pretty fast and last quite a long time versus other cordless vacuums that I have owned. The suction power is great and it even has three different suction modes! We have a dog and her hair sticks to everything, but the vacuum had no problem suctioning up her hair! It also maneuvers around furniture great and it’s very light weight! Overall I am very pleased with my purchase!

Our first cordless stick vacuum and will say, I wish the quality was better. We had to return the first one we bought because one of the connectors would make an annoying click sound and then the rotating bristle head would cut out. Our replacement hasn’t had the same issue, however I worry that if it takes a fall it would be easily broken. That being said, this thing picks up dog hair like a dream.

Light vacuum cleaner, easy to use and with rechargeable battery, I would really like the battery to have a little longer duration or for the charging system to be faster, however it works well and has a considerable suction force.

This thing SUCKS (But in a good way!) It has three settings, and while it starts on the middle setting, even at low power it can get the job done, and it's battery lasts long enough to clean a one bedroom apartment every weekend. The maintenance of it is simple, easy cleaning on the floor roller, filter and container make it easy to keep this thing running as strong as the first time I used it for a long while. The cordless, and hyper flexible head make getting under hard to clean areas a breeze as well. No dust bunny can escape it, try as they might... One tip however, don't leave the battery pack on the machine when not in use and charge just before you need to use it. I had a slight issue with it the second time I used it, but after fixing that issue on my part it runs as smooth as I need it! Couldn't recommend this vacuum more.

I like the attachments that it has. I also like the ease of cleaning the filters and charging. I am disappointed in the overall suction power of the unit though.

Purchased this vacuum a few months ago. After using only a few times, the vacuum started immediately shutting off anytime I turned it on high. The filter canister was empty and the vacuum was not overheated or clogged as I checked all of these things. After using it a few more times, I came to the conclusion it must be a bad battery or defective. I took it back to BestBuy and they exchanged it. Turns out it’s just the vacuum itself as I have the same issue on the replacement one. In addition, I can only vacuum for about 10 minutes before the battery is completely dead. I was excited for this purchase and when the vacuum is kept on low, it does work well! Just be aware, you may not be able to use the high setting and the battery dies quickly

A great product but i have gotten a few of these over the pass 4 year and at some point the battery life start to go down hill and they drain more quickly.

Works great but the battery life is somewhat limited.

Out of the box.. i fully charged the battery.. it pick up something for a min then it look like it stop working.. when you pull the trigger for max power it turns off. I checked and floor vacuum was clogged so i took the mess.out.. when i checked the unit, it has Zero suction.. this thing is junk. Now i have to box it all back up and bring it all back to best buy.

I bought this vacuum as a housewarming gift, and the new homeowners absolutely love it! They’ve mentioned multiple times how lightweight and easy it is to use—perfect for quick cleanups and everyday use. After hearing such great feedback, I’m seriously considering getting one for myself. Highly recommend!

[Employee of bestbuy] Its a vacuum that sucks, but as its supposed to. All the tools are easy to take on and off. Battery life is amazing. Remember the back is a touch screen which adjusts its suction power. Very powerful and effective for the price.
