Q: can you put Lysol in the crosswave to clean floors if I don't have the cleaner on hand
A: I have used Fabuloso for the last 2 1/2 yrs. Fill the canister to a level half way between the fill marks. Then add Fabuloso to top line. Works great on tile floors.
Q: Can it be used on laminate flooring and does it do a good job? Streaks ect.
A: I use mine on laminate floors with the multipurpose solution and it doesn't leave any streaks at all!
Q: Do you have to use Bissell' s solution to clean?
A: You don't have to use the Bissell solution, but it is optimized for use in their machines. This means it won't streak, leave residue, need to be rinsed, or leave buildup in your machine.
A: Yes it is safe to use on vinyl plank flooring along with the formula.
Q: Would you say it's worth the money? thanks jim
A: Depends. Having two dogs and a cat and having to sweep and mop almost constantly, for me this is priceless.
Q: Does this have the option to mop or vacuum and not do both simultaneously?
A: Mops and vacuums at the same time or you could just vacuum, mopping needs the vacuum to be running to remove the excess water
Q: Can I use the CrossWave on 'Engineered Wood' floors?
A: Yes you can, Kiki! The CrossWave is designed for hard floors including engineered wood.
Q: Hi, Does this work in a regular carpet too?.?.
A: Yes. It can be used on area rugs and/or regular carpeted areas. I found it easier on carpet because you don't have to worry about it moving like an area rug.
