Love it and saves me time. It’s was so easy to use.

Machine works very well. I like the fact that it is cordless and allows me up to three hours of use time. The floor is relatively clean works well on tile and laminate flooring but rugs not so much. The machine is easy to clean.

The Bissell Crosswave does what I wanted, but not as awesomely as I wanted. I wanted a mop that sucked up the dirty water into a separate tank with hot water, and that's what it does. The crosswave has steam, but I don't need that, and neither do you, you just think you do. Pros: Sucks up dirty water into a separate tank away from the clean water, has a self clean option for the roller, gets the job done if the floors are clean. Cons: Mind you, I am very particular, and we have DIRTY floors, so this is not the strongest, meaning, I can wipe with a damp paper towel afterward and have a light brown tinge on it, still better than the mud my husband tracks through the house. I still feel the need to clean the roller, bottom roller area and tanks each use, loud, like loud, but I guess that's what you get when you have both a vacuum AND a mop in one!

This is the second Crosswave we’ve purchased (upgrade), and this thing is awesome. Lightweight, easy to use AND easy to clean. Great purchase.

Does a grear job cleaning the floor overall. Easy to use and clean. Good value for the money as well.

The light feature on the OmniFIND magnified the COMPLETE ABSENCE of PROPER PICK UP. Leaves behind crumbs and dust or streaking trails of mop water. The thing is possessed- turning on and off at will, and the short run time for the cordless mop makes it practically useless. More of a hassle than convenient- you can’t complete a room. Barely picking anything up you have to go over it and over it and over it - then the battery dies before you’ve gotten a chance to finish the floor in just one room. 1 STAR rating is being generous! I originally was going to give it 2 stars for weak suction. I SAID PRACTICALLY USELESS BEFORE - until it just stopped. BTW - I purchased this less than a month ago, but the return window is less than half of that. IF IT DOES NOT WORK PERFECTLY- the way you expect it to and want it to work - RETURN IMMEDIATELY - take it back ASAP! Yours might stop too and you are out both the money and the machine! I am familiar with many BISSELL products and it’s a reliable brand with easy to use products of good quality and great durability. I had a cross wave pet by BISSELL that worked well for over a decade - Unfortunately my son wanted to tinker with it to learn about vacuums. I’d still get a BISSELL, just not the omnifind.

The wife was looking for an alternative to mopping. I feel like this is a better alternative than just pushing the grime and germs back and forth all over the floor

Does take a bit to charge. Practical for spot messes.

I like that it really helps with the pet hair and floor gets really clean. The price was really nice and on sale.

Overall I loved the mop and sweep at the same time feature but however dirty tank fills extremely quick. I had to do multiple dumps within the charge time for a small area.

You have to mop every time you use it. I thought there was a vacuum only option.

I absolutely love this. I use it everyday my hard floors gave never been so vlean. I love ot so much i told my son to buy one. He lives his too! My favorite feature is the self cleaning option.

Love it but it doesn’t quite get my floors as clean as I’d like in some cases is pushes the dirt around after it automatically wets the floor - I don’t like that you can’t stop water from flowing

This is a small machine and easy to operate and store. I don’t think that I would use it on very dirty floors.

Easy to use portable picks up good amount much quieter than my last vacuum best part no cord.
