We are extremely happy with the new HydroSteam carpet cleaner. Not only does it do a great job cleaning and not making my carpet overly wet, the suction is next to none. I've owned a number of home carpet cleaners over the years and this one tops ALL of them on the fluid extraction!

The tank is a little small which requires multiple refills but overall Works excellent and cleans like a professional.

I used this to clean my outdoor rug that stays exposed to the elements all year long. The carpet is at least three years old. This shampooer was able to restore it to almost new looking. I would definitely recommend!

Best carpet cleaner I have ever owned by Bissell or any other brand.

This is great carpet cleaning machine but like all self cleaning cleaners it’s limited to what it does.

Works great only problem I’ve had is soap collecting in the drip line and causing it not to throw soapy water

It was good did require a lot of maintenance more so than usual Bissell products

[Employee of bestbuy] This item is easy to assemble, great at vacuuming and cleaning the floor even the lines in between the tiles are white again, something a basic mop can’t do. The only issue I’d have is that for a big house, you’d have to change the water out after 2 rooms.

I am really happy with this item. It dies a good job, cleaning.

Purchased this unit thinking it was the higher end model. Does a fairly good job except it leaves a 2 inch area from the baseboard that it doesn’t touch. It was also difficult to recognize that this is the cheaper unit because Best Buy has it listed as a vacuum not a shampoo machine. Also the floor tool has stopped spraying after 2 uses, really considering returning.
