We are extremely happy with the new HydroSteam carpet cleaner. Not only does it do a great job cleaning and not making my carpet overly wet, the suction is next to none. I've owned a number of home carpet cleaners over the years and this one tops ALL of them on the fluid extraction!

The tank is a little small which requires multiple refills but overall Works excellent and cleans like a professional.

This item is easy to assemble, great at vacuuming and cleaning the floor even the lines in between the tiles are white again, something a basic mop can’t do. The only issue I’d have is that for a big house, you’d have to change the water out after 2 rooms.

Purchased this unit thinking it was the higher end model. Does a fairly good job except it leaves a 2 inch area from the baseboard that it doesn’t touch. It was also difficult to recognize that this is the cheaper unit because Best Buy has it listed as a vacuum not a shampoo machine. Also the floor tool has stopped spraying after 2 uses, really considering returning.
