User friendly and great tool for big single family homes . Time saving product and expecting floor detergent option would be easy as well.

Does not work..Do not waste your money. Mine worked for 3 weeks then just stopped.

Honestly, I did not need a new steam mop, since I already own a different Bissell model. However, this SpinWave mop had me intrigued after seeing a similar product by Shark. This was on sale, so I decided to get it. I love it! Putting it together took less than 5 minutes. The water tank seemed small at first, but I was able to clean my entire downstairs tile without a refill. The cord is also plenty long. The LED lights are a useful feature. This machine isn't cumbersome to manuever, since it glides effortlessly. I like that this comes with an extra set of reusable scrubbing pads. I've always preferred the way steam mops leave my tile floors looking so clean. This machine is definitely an upgrade, and I now look forward to mopping days.

I’m really impressed with the BISSELL SpinWave SmartSteam! It makes cleaning my floors so much easier and more effective than a traditional mop. The steam feature is powerful and gives me peace of mind knowing my floors are sanitized without harsh chemicals. The spinning mop heads do an excellent job scrubbing away tough dirt and stains, especially on tile and hardwood. What I love most is how easy it is to use — it glides smoothly, heats up quickly, and the SmartSteam controls let me adjust the level of steam depending on the surface. It’s also very quiet and leaves floors almost dry, which is great for busy households.

Easy to use, the pads are washer/dryer friendly… the unit itself is not too heavy makes it easy to mop around the house

I should have had this eight years ago! The best mop I ever owned! Being 71 it’s so much easier to use and the floors are clean!

tried the spin mop a few days after purchasing. its one of the best investment made so far. the store sales person was great and pointed out the correct product to purchase. does the job beautifully. would definitely recommend it.

Worked good for a few months. Got my floors clean. I always used distilled water like the directions said but after using it maybe a dozen times it started to overheat and I could smell the plastic burning.

My floors look so good I needed this. My husband is 85yrs old and this lightweight scrubber is better on our backs than a heavy mop.

First attempt was okay steam stopped randomly and temp started to lower had to turn off and restart for start. Second attempt was a lot better didn’t clean up completely but doesn’t a DECENT job.

When I purchased this spin mop, I expected it would be heavy and I would get a workout mopping the floor. Boy, was I surprised! This mop scuba with no effort on my part. I just move it slowly and steadily and it does all the hard work.

I'm in love!! This product is great. I could use it everyday. Cleans and disinfects at the same time. It leaves the floors looking new..if you think your floors looked clean you'll be surprised after you use this product.

I'm unsure how I have lived without this steam cleaner. We do a wet mop, and follow with the steam scrubber, and our wood floors look incredible.

The steam clean is great but when cleaning, the swivels will jostle the full cleaner and make the steam stop after about a minute.

We had a simple floor steamer for several years. Was hesitant in buying this but am so happy we did. It cleans the floors so well. Much better than our old steamer. The rotating pads are what makes the differance. Pretty powerful!

Where do i begin. First, id like to day that this product is definitely worth the purchase. However, it is a bit expensive, so i umderstand why others would look for a alternative.

This floor cleaning has been great! It’s made our floors really shine and bring back the color in our tile. I will say if you want it to do a deep clean on your grout then this isn’t the machine for that.

This thing is Fantastic! Very inexpensive for what you get. Clean up is effortless and effective, leaves floors spotless.
