I was skeptical about this product. I read so many 5 star reviews b4 I ordered it. Oh my god, whoever invented this product is a saint! Bissell needs to give them a raise. It’s amazing. U do need a lot of mop pads though bc u can’t wash them with fabric softener. I always mop wearing socks to keep the floor clean from footprints and also to help scrub whatever heavy duty spot won’t come up. The head of the machine doesn’t pivot so it makes it a little difficult under the cabinets but if u use your foot it comes right up. Also pay attention when you are vacuuming and mopping at the same time. You need to vacuum in a straight line fowards and backwards bc the vacuum is in the front, so if u move the machine u won’t b vacuuming b4 u mop it on the way back. I have told everyone about the product. Men if u have no idea what to get ur wives this holiday season, look no further. Ur ladies might b upset at 1st with ur choice of gifts, but after they use it they will b thanking u! Just a heads up, buy the $25 warranty bc it’s way worth the money. Peoples’ reviews said they loved this invention, but a lot of people said the steamer went and they were upset. Invest the $25 for piece of mind for the 4 years! Buy, buy, buy this product! It worked so good I mopped my entire house in 30 minutes. The whole ordeal usually runs me over an hour. Also I loved it so much I had it 3 days and mopped 2xs. My house has never been cleaner and I look forward to using it. I haven’t tried the disposable pads yet, but I do like the choice they give u.

Gets corners good. You can see the steam when the vacuum is off. Very lightweight. I'd suggest buying more reusable pads cause you only get one use each time and gotta wash it. So doing laundry every two days sucks. But the product is great. I also am very big on quality and this is very durable and made well. If you are worried about if you should buy this or not and you looking in reviews for a reason to keep comparing prices just stop wasting time cause this is your best choice for under $200. If you want clean floors always get this cause it's so easy and quick to touch up the floor daily with this.

This machine is a great addition to my household. I love that I can vacuum and steam clean my tile at the same time. I am very happy that I chose this machine. It works great. It's easy to maneuver and store.

Use on floors weekly. Would recommend. Easy to use.

If you have floors without carpet I recommend this product. Great at picking up dog hair and I like knowing that my floors have been sanitized with steam. The swifter Bissel Steam Mop disposable cloths are a great option, especially if you have dogs that love mud.

I have 5 dogs and shed all year around, They play at the backyard 3 times a day. The floor of my home was always with hair, fur, and paw marks, (We vacuun and mop every day) Until I bought this Bissell, it vacuum the hair and fur, all of it, and clean the floor all at the same time. Now I can walked with socks and they don't turn dirty. The disposable pads are wonderfull, cleans deeply, leave the floor clean and disinfected.

I have had a hard time cleaning my kitchen linoleum floors. This worked like magic. Would like to see a bigger tank so you don't have to refill and wait for heating as often. But it worked great on picking up pet hair while steaming. Would for sure buy again.

Initially, I was disappointed as I believed my floor was not being cleaned as well as it could have been based on the reviews here. To outline what I cleaned, it was a tile floor in my bathroom, my hardwood floor entranceway, and hardwood floor kitchen. I also used the steam boost pads and not the microfiber pads. Overall the vacuum picked up some debris my dustpan missed, and there was visible steam coming out of the bottom of the steamer. I did not think it was picking up any dirt but the steam pad did look gray afterward. Using this in the kitchen is what made me realize this product was working. I have paint spatter on my floor that, while not noticeable unless you looked, was dissolved by from the steamer. The bathroom tile was cleaned superficially but the dirt that was picked up from the pad was redeposited into the grooves of the tile and I needed to take a scrubbing sponge to get it out while it was still wet. I would still recommend this for cleaning, but I got this on sale and am satisfied for the price it was purchased at.

I am a pet sitter and have lots of dogs in and out of my home. I love the Bissel Symphony steamer. It is easy to use, and does a good job of getting rid of those dirty paw prints. We have sandy soil here, so even if I sweep first, I always felt that my previous steamer was pushing grit around. The fact that this is a vacuum and steamer in one makes it better than any other product I have had. I use both the disposable and washable pads, depending on how icky the mess is. I like the scent that the disposable pads leave in the air, but prefer the environmental friendliness and cost savings of the washable pads. The cord is also nice and long, so I am not always having to move it from outlet to outlet.

With 2 medium sized dogs (35 & 45 pounds respectively) and a toy breed it makes for a lot of muddy paw prints on my hardwood floors, as well as all that hair! And that isn't even taking the 2 legged children into consideration! ;) The vacuum feature is awesome because it eliminates the need to sweep then steam. Only complaint that I have is that for those times the kids have gotten something REALLY stuck to the floor I wish the pads were a little more on the scrubbing side. Other then that, I use it 2-3 times if not more a week and love the way my hardwood & tile look!!

I bought this vacuum and I love it. I have linoleum floors and a small dog that makes frequent messes. This vacuum does the dog and sanitizes really well. It's super easy to clean as well and the filter can be hand washed, so that's a plus!

I. Am very pleased with how light weight this vacuum and steam mop really is it does a great job on tile floors you can vacuum and steam vac all at the same time very quick and easy ! I wish it could get the edges a little cleaner without leaving a dirt patch against walls and corners

It's a great machine. You can switch from steaming the floor to vacuum the floor. Also you can use swifter wipes so you don't have to purchase the specificate ones that come with machine. Cleaning the machine is easy..just empty and wipe container. Great machine!

Love this 2 in one unit. Can do a quick vacuum and steam the floors at the same time. Such a time saver! Definitely recommend for quick weekly cleanups. Will still need to do deep vacuum and steam with separate units monthly.

We have a LOT of hardwood flooring throughout our home. We had been relying on mopping it to keep it clean. That lead to disgusting mops and a mess every time we cleaned. I looked into the Bissell Symphony Pet and thought it was worth trying. WOW! It gets our floors really clean. And with the built-in vacuum, we can clean up the small crumbs/debris that collects on the floor and mop it at the same time. It really does a great job. When I'm done, I spray some cleaner on the mop pads and wash them. I am getting a number of cleanings out of each pad. This is one of those products I'd wished we had purchased years ago!

Instant fantastic it does a good job picking up the pet hair in the leaves and stop a track in best then steam mop does a fantastic job it really cleans the floor real good and you can vacuum and steam before the same time it is wonderful

I read the reviews and researched other brands before I purchased this. I am so pleased with it.. I actually enjoy cleaning my floors and there is no build up or dirty water to deal with. I love it.

I have pets and needed something to take "clean" to the next level. This steam mop does just that. Produces adequate amount of steam and it's nice having the vacuum function, as it picks up what a "swift" push mop just drags around. There are only two small down-sides to this produce. One is that it doesn't have a retractable cord (and I'm a relatively lazy person), and the other is that it doesn't have a drying feature. Yes, I tend to walk in the path I've just cleaned. Learning to stay to the side for the few seconds it takes to dry. Love, Love LOVE this product!

Bought this for Christmas. Have used the vacuum part a couple of times but the steam part only once so far. I thought it was easy to use and the head was a nice size especially for the tile floors in the bathrooms. I bought the carpet glider and don't think it was worth it. I also bought the citrus scented demineralized water and couldn't really detect a scent, will just stick to distilled water in the future. I also bought the odor eliminating discs and the Spring Breeze Freshening discs and they add a nice touch. For large areas, it helps to take the cloth mop head off periodically and rinse out the dirt. Overall we are happy with the purchase so far.
