It is an excellent machine with amazing results in the first clean. I used it on a very old carpet that was cleaned more than a year ago with another Bissell carpet cleaner. But the results this time with this machine are far better. The picture shows the deep green color of the carpet after using the Bissell Pro - Max Clean and Protect formula that was included in the package. It actually also almost got rid of the stain next to the door, which is not visible anymore after carpet fully dried. It was easy to assemble and clean afterwards. I would recommend this to anyone who is willing to keep their carpets clean and restore their original colors! I used as per instructions, however, I would go very slow on the first pass with the trigger ON to spray the liquid (both forward and reverse pass). For the following dry passes, I would go several times, then wait for a while and go dry again a few more times. This is because after a while the water reaches back to the top of the carpet and repeating dry passes after a while will help not only in quick drying but also more cleaning!

I recently purchased the Bissell TurboClean Pet XL Carpet Cleaner, and I’m really impressed with how well it handles pet messes. It’s lightweight, easy to set up, and the larger tank size means fewer trips to the sink while cleaning. The suction power is strong enough to lift deep dirt and stains, and it leaves carpets noticeably fresher and cleaner. As a pet owner, I especially appreciate how effective it is at removing odors and tackling accidents. The machine is easy to maneuver, even in tighter spaces, and cleaning the brushes and tanks afterward isn’t too difficult. The only minor drawback is that it can be a little loud, and it doesn’t have the same deep-cleaning power as the larger professional-grade models. But for regular at-home maintenance and quick cleanups, it’s an excellent choice. Overall, this is a great carpet cleaner for pet owners who want reliable performance without the hassle of a bulky machine

Amazing vacuum! I have SPHYNX cats that stain oil on my couches. Gets it out every time! I used this vacuum to completely deep clean my apartment when I moved in AND YOU NEED IT!

I absolutely love my cleaner. It is so easy to use. I would recommend getting one for your home. We have a new puppy and Max is learning how to ask to go out.

Great Machine for the price! I was debating should i rent a Machine from Home depot or just buy one. I decided I'll do both and use this one for a spot treatment when the misses dog efs up the carpet again... I choose to play with this carpet cleaner first in my master bedroom, which let to the both living rooms. Seeing how well this upright carpet cleaner works, i opted out of renting a commercial machine. The instructions are simple. Fill clean watet tank till the line marked and the rest with the Solution. I have a 2600 square foot house and had to dump the dirty water tank multiple times and fill the clean one multiple times as well. This machine just works and got out the multiple dog pee stains that had been in the carpet for months. The results were very good. The assembly is easy and straightforward. It comes with a handheld hose and attachment which works but its more elbow grease and doesn't clean as fast time wise. I used a bottle of the Bissell Pet Stain Solution for the downstairs and a bottle the Febreeze Solution upstairs. They both work great but i prefer the smell of the Febreeze one. The carpet was left clean and was slightly damp but took only a few hours to dry. It left no moldy odors behind after. I did the house in two separate days and it tooks me approximately 3 hrs for bottom floor and 3 for the top floor. If you have the patience and follow the directions given, this machine will work for you. Just remember to clean the machine after every use. Ps i even used it to clean the floors.. remember to fill it up with HOT tap water from the faucet and dump the dirty water in the toilet.

Works better than i expected, i was a bit hesitant when i was resting some of the bad reviews. Most seen to be user error. The cleaner really gets a lot of dirt and grim from our of the carpet. My review gets 4 stars as the house attachment does not spray, ive followed the videos on the website to terrible shoot but no go, I'll need to reach out to support to get more assistents l assistance.

Cleaned carpet to the point where it looked almost brand new. Machine was easy to assemble & use. Cleaning products worked great. Worked great on pet stains

It cleaned my carpets really well and the tank holds a good amount of water. However, it is tricky to remove the dirty water tank without spilling. For some reason the attachments are not working on the brand new cleaner.

Very impressed with this machine’s accessibility. We owned a larger more expensive one that did not allow the ability to replace items or easy access to clean out what normally gets clogged. Less suction but more brushing to clean.

The Bissell TurboClean Pet XL is just what I needed to clean the carpet in our room. My daughter had stained it with red lipstick. Also my dog was sick one day and threw up. I tried cleaning it with a stain removal spray and a rag but it wouldn't come off until I used this carpet cleaner. I passed through the stains twice to spray and a few times to dry. It works great!!

Recently I bought this vacum this is Very good carpet cleaner vacuum. It removed deep dirt and stains easily, and my carpet looks fresh and clean now. Strong suction and easy to use. Highly recommended for dirty carpets.

Very easy to use and leaves my carpet noticeably clean. I had a spot on my carpet that had been there for over 3 years and I was able to get it cleaned off finally with this product. I love that it comes with clear instructions, different attachments and the two bottles of cleaning formula included. It’s made my life easier.
