The anti virus works well. The vpn is trash. I installed the vpn first and found out that it only comes with 200 mbs of service. That was used up just downloading the antivirus software. Had to pay an additional 30 bucks to upgrade.

Love using CD instead of downloads! PLEASE don't do away with CD's! You got my business because I wanted a virus protection that included a CD!

Do not buy this because the CD doesn't read in your computer and in that case, you can't download it. P.S. Best Buy said that they couldn't find this product in my account and that was today ;)

Product not downloadable as promised. I talked wit someone at Best Buy before I made the purchase. Wasted my time trying to download. Bit Defender said it would work, then recanted. What a waste!
