For the Price and for what it can actual do I am satisfied and recommend if in a tight apt situation

Bought with washer, works well for what is needed. Only complaint is even with store pickup it’s still shipped to the store via UPS so both units are a little dinged up for “New” units.

Product is great but customer service was awful. We just moved and when my husband checked out my cart he forgot to change the delivery address. Cannot cancel the order on the app contacted the merchant right away but told me that they cannot change the address that I have to contact FedEx myself to change the address once it’s shipped. When I saw shipping info which a day after placing my order I quickly tried to change the address through FedEx but after multiple attemp it says only shipper can changed the address . Called the merchant number and informes me that they cannot change the address at their end, even asked for cancellation but it take them a day to respond. Called the FedEx but they informed my as same at the app that only shipper has the authority to change shipping address . So, called the merchant number again and the one I spoke to informed me that they cannot change the delivery address and they are not the right department and and asking me to send an email instead . The item was already delivered to our old address and I told them couple of times that I don’t have a car that will fit big items like this. Luckily people from old address offered to drop it off to me. I filed for return but until now my return is still on process. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOTAL AWFUL AND STRESSFUL. NO RIGHT DEPARTMENT AND ADDRESS THE ISSUE. WAS A TOTAL PAIN. Good thing we moved not too far from our old address.

I love my purchase. This dryer is small and convenient and less dry time drying a lot of clothes. I definitely recommend to family and friends.

so far this machine is working very well,I am pleased to say.I have only had it a short time though,so I hope I can say the same in 6 months or so

The item came quickly and was just what was advertised. We are very pleased.

It's good. Mine broke after a year. It's good while it lasts.

It screeches when i turn it on is that normal? But only when it starts up. But stilll concerning

This is an eco-dryer which I wasn't keenly aware of when I purchased it. It draws out the drying time over a longer period of time to reduce the intensity of the energy usage. It senses the dryness to decide whether to continue and stops when dry enough. All okay with me although it takes longer to dry clothes. The directions were written by a Chinese hand I believe, and their lack of greater facility with the language left me a bit confused until I put what I thought was right into practice. Having the dryer will make life simpler for me in the long run.
