I had asked several times if the drain hose was at least 6 ft ling and was told that it was. It wasn't...i bought this washer a few months ago, but used it the first time today. The washer worked fine, but it leaked some water on my floor. I think the leak came from where the drain hose is attached in the back. I would have to run it again because I was busy wiping up water to notice where it was coming from. The spin cycle pretty much takes all of the water out of your clothes. Wow! It didn't make a lot of noise washing or spinning. I had it draining in a bathroom sink, and it didn't overflow in the sink. If the washer didn't leak I would have given it 5 stars. The instructions show that you have to slide a cover onto the bottom of the washer, but the picture doesn't make sense, and i would have to literally have the machine laying down to do that. Im going to call the # listed on the instruction booklet for help. All in all, it's a nice little washer. It would be perfect w/o the leak!!

Compact washer with water hose, and hose for wastewater included. Ideal for home without water hook ups. Laundry for one person is all dishwasher can handle.

I love the size of this washer machine and leave the clothes almost dry when it’s done. I can take it everywhere in the apartment. I’m satisfied!

Love this portable washing machine however, I had a little problem with the first one because it didn’t go through the wash cycle properly because I am a Best Buy member. They are replacing me with a new one Best Buy you did it again.

This little washer is awesome. Works great and i love using it.

Best Buy! It should called Worst Buy. I paid for a brand new one but got an opened box / Used one on purpose. Immediately calling the customer service after receiving it. I found a broken piece of plastic, dirt inside, water outlet with pink water stain, and water hook with tape on it. It's 50 lbs and CSR asked me bring it to the store for a refund by a person with spine issue. I took one day off to make sure the delivery can be delivered. They said only $27 can give as a credit if I keep it or unable to bring to store for refund. Paid for a help is cost more and their opened box now sell at 50% online.

Excelent, Ease, good material, and dry closets, little

It sucks dont buy it. Its good for MAYBE baby cloths if you have a new born but for even just undies and socks im wasting so much water, detergent and TIME for cloths that dont come out smelling nice anyways. It is really annoying to use. I dont like that it stops and has to be restarted every time i open the lid. It doesnt agitate properly, no amount of laundry soup makes this thing suds up at all. Save yourself the hassel get something else

Absolutely awesome! this compact portable automatic washer performs the best wash and the spin dry cycles dramatically saves on dryer usage time great energy usage savings also. I am very pleased with my purchase ..highly recommend!

Can handle all kinds of loads and very easily attaches to any kitchen faucet! It fits well in even the smallest kitchens. Easy to operate and is quite flexible. A great buy at an affordable price, it's perfect for singles and as a second washer for economy. It even gets your laundry clean! You'll wonder how you got along without it!

Don't buy this product. I've had some successful washes, but it's almost more work than going to a laundromat. The machine's options don't all actually work. For instance, you're supposed to be able to fill with a small, medium or large amount of water, but I only get a large amount regardless of what I choose. Also, the connection between my faucet and the intake hose has never worked well, causing water to spray out, leak out, etc. Worst of all: Product support is bleak. This unit is not backed by Best Buy; Black+Decker uses a third party for the warranty, a company called Equity Brands. Do not ever purchase anything that Equity Brands serves. They have been the worst part of this entire experience. They did replace my first machine when a part broke off, and I'm having a huge problem with the replacement machine. There's a cap at the rear of the machine which you have to open after a few loads to drain excess water from the machine. The unit seems to have warped, the cap cannot be screwed/unscrewed, and this Equity Brands (Better Business Bureau doesn't even rate this company; not a good sign) is next to impossible to communicate with. I think I'm going to have to just throw out this machine.

I bought this for my daughter for her condo. It works great and fits in her small space, but it's not small about getting the job done. My daughter and granddaughter are in Jujitsu and go to tournaments and meets. This washing machine gets the dirt, sweat and blood out of their gis. Makes hang drying time, no time at all and then stores neatly out of site. She says it's the best gift I ever got her.

This washer have pass its expectations. It’s the best I ever had. It is so quiet and washes so clean. I am family of 2 and it is very me well. Even if you are a family of 4 it can work for you.

Product came very well packaged, relatively easy to unpack. A items included water hose, drain hose (connected) and power cord (connected). Machine works very well for my needs of the laundry activity, being disabled am able to do smaller loads and complete the washing in a timely manor.

I bought this for my moms apartment and she loves it! This lottle machine is mighty! The only reason I gave it a 5 star is because you cannot use hot water.

I am satisfied with the quality of the washing machine, but unfortunately, the delivery took much longer than expected. This delay caused me to lose a lot of time and disrupted my plans. Given the inconvenience and the time and cost I lost due to this delay, I was expecting some form of compensation, such as a discount or any other appropriate solution. I would appreciate it if you could consider this matter and let me know how you can address it. Looking forward to your response.
