Q: My 2 burner does not have a igniter on the front. Where do I put the battery for the igniter?
A: If you have a battery in the igniter box, you may just need to adjust the igniter needle. Your manual may have some tips and tricks on that, or you can email our support team. We would be happy to help you! [email protected]
Q: Does this have the ability to use natural gas instead of propane?
A: Yes, definitely. And it is quite simple. You would need Blackstone's Natural Gas conversion kit, model 5249.

Q: Is the griddle removable so food can be cooked directly on the grill surface?
A: The griddle top is removable, but there aren't any grill grates underneath. You would just have access to the open flame and burners. We do not recommend cooking over them as it can clog the burners.
