Q: Do these blankets really weigh 20lbs or is this in a categorie of some sort. Can someone explain?
A: Yes it weighs 20 pounds. This thing is super heavy. I can hardly turn over when it’s on me but that’s part of how it works. I would not recommend this weight of blanket for anyone under 200 pounds. The recommended weight for one of these blankets is 8-15% of your body weight. Hope this helps

Q: i am 220 lbs, but my wife does not want a weighted blanket. what size and weight should I get?
A: Not this size trust me! Im around the same weight and i can barely move with this blanket. I definately dont recommend
