This is the phone for our nonprofit organization. I had a great experience doing the online and pick up process. This was my first time doing that with Best Buy. As far as the cellphone goes, it was an open box so I got it at a deal, our Samsung phone broke and I needed a fast replacement, Best Buy said it was in great condition and this was 100% true. Looked brand new. The camera isn't great, as seen on the picture below, if you move, it comes out blurry, but other than that, it is working fine and is unlocked, all my apps work without a hiccup. It has tons of space and I can have multiple apps and tabs open at the same time. I do wish that the cellphone brightness was brighter with better contrast. That could be a good improvement, (and the capture of the camera when even light movement).

I was very skeptical at first because I never heard of this phone. I was extremely happy once I was able to use it. For the price was affordable, and compared to my last couple phones I have had no issues, it's been perfect for my needs. I have enjoyed the phone. And the Camara is great!

The purchase of a new cell phone went well. Unfortunately I had to return the phone for another brand due to compatibility I had an issue with the new cell phone and Geek squad corrected the issue right away. I trust Best Buy for all of my electronic needs

Although the phone is a good looking phone, just one day after turning it on the phone starts flashing and jumping from the app to a white screen. Another annoying problem is the camera, you never now when app will be opened with the power button. The pre installed screen film in less than a week is starting to peel off. Overall the best thing about the phone is the price but dont expect a good phone.
