Very nice Bluetooth headset. It comes with a charging usb C cable and an extra ear pad (different material, made of foam). The stock earpad is leatherette (probably to help with noise cancelation). Feel of great quality, very well made and sturdy, no rattles. The mic has also a piece of foam (to help with plosives). Setting it up was easy, turn on and it paired right away with my Pixel phone. Then I launched the Blue parrot app to further configure it. There was a firmware update which took a few minutes. Upon reboot, it was ready to go. There are many functions you can change in the app, like NC (noise canceling), if the headset can read your text messages (very nice), what the blue parrot button does (voice commands by default, this function was great for me, you can tell it to ignore a call, answer a call, tell you the battery level etc, the app will tell you what voice commands are available). I like that flipping the mic up mutes it up (kind of a reassuring way you are muted, however you can also mute it via voice commands ie. Comfort was good, the pad that goes on your temple has also padding so it felt good, the headband can also extend to accommodate different head sizes, it was easy to put on and use. I know its mostly made for truckers or people on the go, but it also worked for me, I work in a loud environment (not driving) taking calls all day, so it was very nice to be able to block noise, both ways. People I was talking to over the phone heard me clearly and could tell me they could not hear the noise in the background. Its mainly made to pair via Bluetooth with a phone. I serves well for a loud work environment or driving on the go!

I recently purchased the BlueParrott Pro B350 Wireless Bluetooth Headset and extremely happy with its performance. I work full time remote job and spend several hours each day on calls each day and having a reliable headset is important for me. This headset delivers exceptional results. The noise cancellation is outstanding even in busy environments with background conversations, traffic noise, and office distractions, callers consistently tell me they can hear my voice clearly. The audio quality is crisp and clear on both ends during the conversation and meetings. The headset is also very comfortable to wear for extended period of time. The padded ear cushion and adjustable headband provide a secure fit without causing discomfort during long workdays. Setting up and Pairing with my iPhone was quick and effortless, and the Bluetooth connection remains stable throughout the day without any disconnects. Battery life has exceeded my expectations. I can go multiple days of heavy use before needing to recharge which is a huge advantage for anyone who relies on uninterrupted communication. Grabbed this for my desk actually. So a slightly different use than my mobile. I use this for bluetooth connection when on conference calls and want some wireless ability. And it did the trick! setup on my laptop was extremely easy. Same was with phone, go to bluetooth and scan. Picked up immediately. Performed the connection and done. The device just works! power, volume +/- and bluetooth connect buttons are all there. Physical buttons and not touch. Which i really like. i charged the device once opened and haven't recharged it yet. Been using for 4 days now and several long conference call sessions. Still going! Head band is adjustable and has a nice grab. its not tight nor does it press. Its snug and secure. I'm not doing jumping jacks or anything. But its comfortable and doesn't slip around. It appears to be metal so should withstand some wear and tear over time. The boom is plastic but can be maniuplated to be near the mouth but not touching. Good degree of up/down adjustment in the headset as well. Performance is great. Nice and clear volume and plenty loud. Even if you are in a noisy area. The unit does have some noise cancellation and filtering. I have received no feedback about background noise from any participants on my calls. I was able to move several rooms over from my laptop (about 200ft) and eperience no audio drop. The ear piece is an over the ear cuff. But there is a foam on ear that you can add if you prefer. The unit is light weight coming in at 4.2 oz or 0.2625 lbs on my scale.

Throughout my weekly office grind, there’s not a day that goes by without an hour or two of conference calls. Finding the ideal headset that can go long hours on a daily basis, and able to filter the constant background noise is a challenge. The BlueParrott Pro B350 has so far delivered on that challenge. Even though not perfect in every way, It keeps delivering solid performance every day. The set-up is quick and easy and must be done through the BlueParrott app. Mine updated to the latest firmware right away. It is a light headset that’s fully adjustable to the left or right ear and, as expected from BlueParrott, is comfortable to wear for long periods of time and you barely notice its presence. The adjustable headband, made of a thin metal, effortlessly adapts to your head size. The ear cushion, made of leatherette, rests softly against your ear and is very effective at keeping out background sound. The rotating microphone boom, made of solid plastic, swivels in any direction to allow listening in the left or the right ear and lets you position the microphone near your mouth. The “BlueParrott” button on the headset can be customized through the app for different functions, among them mute and push to talk. Beside the great comfort, the Pro B350 performs really well with the sound clarity and especially with the ambient noise cancellation. I work in a one-room office space with a marble floor and concrete walls. The cubicles have a modern flair with small glass walls. Every sound bounces all around the place constantly. BlueParrott claims a 98% noise suppression; I couldn’t measure it but it delivers better than I thought it would. My calls always go without a hitch from the occasional chaotic background noise and the people on the other end would hear me clearly and loudly. The battery lasts for days and I never worry. I charge it once a week and the charge is fast. I really like this headset but for two quirks worth noting. This is a personal grievance about the microphone boom: I wish it was bendable like my other headset also from BlueParrott. Because of that limitation, I could never achieve an optimal microphone placement. To me, it felt either too close on top of my mouth or too low underneath my mouth. The second issue I encountered was a temporary audio blackout. I could hear the conversation in the call but nobody could hear me, and I would press the “BlueParrott” button and it would end my call. Thankfully, it happened only twice over many hours of use. I was able to resolve it by turning it on and off. In conclusion, the BlueParrott Pro B350 is a solid performer in the world of premium headsets, and serious users should definitely consider it. Great comfort, outstanding noise cancellation, crystal clear voice clarity and an endless battery life are its forte. It has a minor ergonomic quirk that is a matter of personal taste, and it had a few connection glitches that looked more like an isolated case. I would still recommend the Pro B350 for being a true reliable workhouse that won’t disappoint you where it counts.

This is made and designed for truckers; but I’m not a trucker. I do, however, spend quite a bit of my time on the phone and on Zoom calls in the office. I prefer headsets so as to not permit anyone to overhear my conversations. After spending some time with this headset, it’s a big upgrade for an office or remote work environment. This headset uses AI voice isolation. It’s not just meant for the standard background noise; this is designed to eliminate the loud sounds of semi-trucks. In the office setting, it completely negates office chatter - or someone walking into my room, heavy keyboard clacking (I use a loud mechanical keyboard), or the inevitable leaf blowers that always appear outside whenever you’re on an important call. I’ve had people comment about how quiet the background noise is on their end, and how crystal clear my voice comes through. The battery life is incredible with 40 hours of continuous talk time (heaven help you if you’re ever on a call that long). The point is, it keeps on going. You can easily get through entire days of calls without worrying about the headset dying mid-sentence. I typically charge it at the end of the week and it gets me through the entire following week without battery issues. It does connect to an app on your phone. It’s pretty basic - not a bad thing - where you can update the firmware and customize the “Parrott Button” (the Parrott button is a large button on the side). This is a great feature, whereby you can program this button to fit your workflow. Mine was mapped to instantly mute. But you can also map it to open up an app or call someone. The Bluetooth range is pretty nice. Whether I’m linked to my computer or phone (the former is used for Zoom calls), I’m able to pace around the room, go to the kitchen down the hall and even a little further, without skipping a beat. While most of us keep our phones on us at all times, it’s nice to be able to roam a little bit without fear of disconnection - especially if you’re linked to a computer. In terms of design, it’s pretty utilitarian. It’s obviously bigger than ear buds, but smaller than other microphone headsets you might use. But it’s extremely light using a padded T-bar headband. The ear cup is soft cushioned (there’s another ear cushion that’s made of foam in the box) and is really comfortable. It doesn’t go over my entire ear, but it doesn’t pinch my ears or otherwise feel uncomfortable. Note that since I’m not a trucker, I’m not wearing those for hours on end; I put it on and take it off after each call. But I feel pretty confident saying that it would be comfortable to wear for hours on end. You kind of forget you’re wearing it even for short durations. While it looks more heavy duty than a pair of discrete earbuds, when your business relies on flawless communication, form follows function. You don’t need to be an over the road trucker to appreciate the quality of this hardware and the sophistication of the noise isolation. I highly recommend it for any desk professional.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of checking out the BlueParrot B350 mono headset. To put it lightly this is a really, really good headset. Some context on why this review matters to me. I run my own business and I’m on the phone constantly. I’ve got two lines, one personal and one business, so a headset that handles both without me fumbling between devices is super important. That’s exactly where this baby earns its spot. It’s a single ear, mono headset with a mic that swivels. It sits well on my head and it’s comfortable all day, which matters when you’re wearing it for hours. The only time it gets a little uncomfortable is depending on placement, if the earpiece catches the tip of your ear the wrong way, you’re gonna have some discomfort for a few minutes after removing it. I’ve had that happen. Once it’s seated right, you forget it’s on. The mic swivels completely, so you can push it to the opposite side and switch which ear you’re wearing it on. Flip it straight up and it mutes automatically, which is one of those features you don’t think you need until you have it. Mid call, mic up, you’re muted. For controls you’ve got your power button, volume up and down, and the BlueParrot button. That last one is an extra action key you customize in the BlueParrot app. You can map it to voice control, battery status, a third party app, whatever you want. There’s also a multifunction button for handling a supported device. That’s the part that sealed it for me. The mic itself. I mean, how much can you really hype up one microphone? For what it is, it’s amazing. I’ve used it to dictate straight into my phone and it picks me up clean every time. For microphone use, it’s 100 percent backed by me. There’s a reason these are number one in the space. I’ve seen truckers running them, road warriors, anybody who lives on the phone for a living. Battery life is the other huge bonus. I haven’t charged it in a few days and I’m still sitting at 65 percent. I plan on running it all the way down to see what it really gives me, but so far it’s nowhere close to needing a charge. If you’re on the road, on calls all day, this is the one.

I got the Blue Parrot Pro B350 for two reasons. My office has 2 computer servers in it along with several NAS units. The fan noise is quite annoying, especially while on phone calls. Because of this I often go out to "my phone booth" in my backyard. The problem here is my pool pump, A/C and birds. Yes, birds. I have a huge tree with hundreds of nesting birds. They are constantly chirping. I had high hopes for this headset, which claims to block 98% of background noise. A big plus for me is they only cover one ear, which makes them lighter and they offer 40 hours of talk time. I've used a BlueParrot desktop mic for podcasts for several years, and have always been happy with it. So the BT350 Pro was worth a try. I wanted a better phone booth. Installing the Blue Parrot app was very simple. Getting the B350 to pair was very easy. I charged them fully, and updated their firmware when I first got the B350 connected to my iPhone, the update took 4-5 minutes. There is no instruction manual in the box, but from the app the provided instructions are excellent and walk you through the app's various pages. There I found my favorite feature, Voice Control. You can say "answer" or "ignore" to take a call or to skip one. On a call you can say "hang up", to drop a connected call. You can say "Louder" to turn up the volume. And you can say "mute"/"unmute" to control the microphone. This makes the headset really hands free. The other feature I found useful is you can push the mic boom up to also mute the call, and pull it down to unmute. This physical switch helps you to remember if the call is muted. Until I actually used this, I didn't realize how convenient it was. The real test is my office and back yard. I called my wife from my office, not telling her where I was. When I told her after a few minutes she was quite surprised, where is the fan noise. I then walked out my backdoor to my pool area. And again she said she could not hear the A/C, pool or birds over her phone. She said she could still hear birds outside from her seat in the window. But they were not coming from over the phone. She was impressed. So was I. I wore the headset for a few hours making and taking multiple calls. Very convenient, very quiet. I then went and sat in front of the television, the person I was talking to could not tell I had it on. The only thing I found disappointing, is when the headset is charging it will not connect to Bluetooth while charging. Their website says it will lose Bluetooth when you start charging, but that you should be able to reconnect; I did not find that to be the case (w/firmware 1.4.0). It could be something they can fix. But as I tested it the headset does not support BT when charging. Given it has 40h of charge, this is not really that big of a deal, just a minor inconvenience. I found my better phone booth!

MODEL REVIEWED BlueParrott - Pro B350 Mono Headset Model: 204470 QUICK IMPRESSION Well built, durable headset with boom microphone. Battery lasts all day (at least). I like the BlueParrott - Pro B350 for when I am on conference calls all day. It is easy to use and control with basic voice command or button pushes. It is comfortable and only covers one ear (which I prefer). SETUP It is easy to set up with the app. It checks for firmware upgrades and performs them automatically. The app also allows you to fine tune the headset to your preferences. PERFORMANCE It is marketed towards drivers that need to be on the road all day, but stay connected via cell phones. Of course, when you are driving you are not allowed to have both ears blocked which makes this perfect for that use case and hands free calling in general. For me, I just don’t like have having both my ears covered. The sound is “Good enough” it certainly is not High Fidelity Sound, but certainly OK, if a little bit muffled. For calling it is perfectly fine. MICROPHONE Others had no issue hearing me well, even with moderate background noise. WHAT I LIKE BEST I like the large sturdy build of the headset. It will take some abuse. I also like the all day battery life, and the large buttons for volume and call features. SUMMARY For all day battery life and wireless headset for “on the road” or “in office” use, the BlueParrott - Pro B350 is nice next generation upgraded headset. I also have the prior model and it has performed well over the past years.

The BlueParrott Pro B350 Wireless Bluetooth Mono Headset with 98% AI Voice Isolation Mics and Lightweight Headband is so comfortable and lightweight that I am actually able to wear it for work all day. This is charged via the included USB-C cable and it can support up to 40 hours of talk-time without another charge, so it should stay charged for a few days of work without a recharge. As far as the fit, I was able to adjust the headband down to fit my head and it is perfect for me. This comes with a foam ear cushion in addition to the leatherette one that comes pre-installed. I am using the leatherette now without issue, but I think once it gets really warm, I will switch to the foam. This comes with a wind-sock type of covering on the mic. I think that helps to keep disturbing noise at bay when on calls. This connects via bluetooth and is wireless, so you should be aware of that before purchasing. I haven't had any issues at all with the bluetooth failing. The BlueParrott app is useful to keep the headset updated with the latest software and to customize the BlueParrott button. Other than that, I didn't see much use for it. A neat functionality, you are able to pair the headset with 2 devices at the same time. I have it paired to both my laptop and my iPhone at the same time. I like to listen to music on my laptop when I'm working. When my phone rings, all I have to do is press the MFB button once, or even better, just say "answer" and the call is connected to the headset and the music pauses. I can also "ignore" if I so choose. The AI voice isolation is absolutely amazing. It works like a charm on phone calls - both ways! I was on my phone using the headset and I cranked up the music playing from my laptop which was right in front of me. The person on the other end of the call told me they could not hear the music at all! And even with the music playing in one ear, I could clearly hear the person on the other end of the call without issue. And to mute the conversation, all I had to do was to swivel the mic up and it was muted. This BlueParrott Pro B350 Wireless Bluetooth Mono Headset with 98% AI Voice Isolation Mics and Lightweight Headband is definitely a huge convenience for me. It makes my daily work so much less complicated with the phone calls being so much easier to manage. I absolutely love this headset - the comfort and the convenience. I highly recommend this headset.

The BlueParrott B350 is a major leap forward in design and function. It is surprisingly smaller, lighter, and more compact design that still feels incredibly solid and rugged to use. It was designed to be used for long periods of time while you are driving, which was my case, as well as being on multiple meetings online at work throughout the day. Right away, when you place it on your head, you can feel that the headset focuses on ergonomics with this plush, single cushioned ear cup that rests comfortably for hours without causing any discomfort or pressure on that ear. This is balanced by a flexible counterweight headrest that looks and feels loose at first but is intentionally designed to conform perfectly to the unique contour of my head. I also like that there is versatility on which side you prefer to have it on, so that the microphone boom rotates a full 180 degrees so you can effortlessly switch the headset to either the left or right side of your face. From a performance standpoint, initial setup is completely simple and effortless, pairing quickly to my iPhone and even my computer. The Bluetooth connection range is really good, as I can cross the entire length of my office (about 30 feet) and it still maintains solid, reliable connection. While the physical design of the microphone boom runs slightly short and doesn't quite extend forward to the front of my mouth, the technology completely makes up for it. The dual-microphone noise suppression blocks out up to 98% of disruptive background noise while the high-quality passive isolation allows you to hear incoming audio precisely, making it easy to have crystal-clear conversations despite loud crowded rooms, offices, or while on the daily commuter noise. The outer design is also IP54-rated, so that protects against unpredictable dust and water exposure. On the control side of the headset, you find the volume bottom, power, and a customizable BlueParrott Button (the larger clear button) for either muting, call commands, or push-to-talk communication. The battery life is also very impressive, as it is designed to deliver up to 40 hours of talk time and fast-charging capabilities to easily outlast even the longest professional shifts. This charges via usb-c so you can carry one cord with you. Overall, I am very impressed with the B350. It is perfect for my long commutes to work and for my many work meetings. I can both hear and be heard with clear quality which helps tremendously when surrounded by a busy environment.

The BlueParrot Pro B350 is an overall great Bluetooth headset for those who need lasting comfort, without the sound isolation of dual earcup headsets. In the box you get the headset itself, a spare leatherette cushion for the earcup, and a USB charging cable. I recommend downloading the BlueParrot app and updating the unit to the most up-to-date firmware version to make sure your headset runs smoothly, and has the best noise cancelling and features available. Mine needed an update right out of the box, which took about 5-6 minutes in total for the update. On my first call, I was surprised at how clear the call sounded, though at nearly max volume I felt like it could have been a bit louder. The noise cancellation works well, for what its worth, but keep in mind you’ll have one ear completely exposed to your environment. So you’ll hear better in the one ear, but depending on how noisy your surroundings are it’s usefulness may vary. You can use voice controls like saying “Answer” or “Ignore” to accept or reject calls. And the headset also notify you of incoming calls which is cool. Another very cool feature that I wish all headsets had is using the boom arm of the microphone up to automatically mute, simply swing it up away from your mouth and it automatically mutes the mic, which is actually very intuitive. All of the features can be toggled in the BlueParrot app. You can also configure the Parrot button to either act as a toggle for noise cancellation, among other settings within the app. Now one thing I didn’t find intuitive was re-pairing to other devices. I needed to disconnect the unit from my work PC and pair it to my phone, which took a bit of trail and error. I finally found that, while the headset is on, pressing and holding the volume up/down buttons simultaneously for a few seconds enters pairing mode. Other things I was impressed with include the battery life, it’s range (meaning I can walk around the house with ease and not have a dropped call), and its comfort. Overall, I’m happy with the headset and would recommend it over cheaper variations and competitors any day.

BlueParrott Pro B350. My office can be at home or on the road. That means I’m often on the phone. It didn’t take long for me to realize that comfort is everything. That comfort I want includes a gentle, light touch on my ears and head, reliable clarity for voices, and fuss-free call management. The BlueParrott head gear does all this and more. SETUP: BlueParrott’s headphones connect quickly, and rely on an app for initial setup of a variety of parameters. These include noise-cancellation, enabling voice controls, voice notifications, second device connection, and battery level. Typically these are set-and-forget once, so you aren’t dependent on the app until you change your mind. An unusual feature is Sound Check. You can be sure you are intelligible in your conversation after you record your voice, and play it back with this feature. You are able to verify voice level and the impact of the noise reduction. It’s a great feature. The box includes the headset, a USB Charging Cable, a Mic Windscreen, and an extra Foam Ear Cushion. No charging brick. This a a well thought out package. PERFORMANCE and SUMMARY: Using the B350 headphones for extended periods is a more pleasant experience than either in-ear buds or heavy headphones clamped to my head. My ears tolerate in-ear buds rather well, but beyond an hour begins to hurt. I love over-the-ear, but they are not practical if I need to move around. The BlueParrott Pro B350 has solved the comfort and usability issues for those of us who have to be readily accessible. For extensive use in a vehicle they add an element of safety. The single soft ear cup and the metal band that sits on my head prove to be exceptionally light. That, combined with the overall light weight, makes it very easy to grab in a vehicle, and slip onto my head. Noise Cancellation is very effective, and the AI Voice Isolation appears to contribute to a very clear conversation. I tested this feature by calling from my noisy laundry room. The call recipient was unaware of the background rumble. Road noise would be similarly suppressed. Bluetooth® range was extended, and a non-issue for all of my calls. I could use my phone assistant to answer and reject calls. Battery life was also quite long, with the promised 40 hours possibly attainable. There is an extra, customizable BlueParrott Button™, which you can assign to one feature you want easy access to. This is a well thought out, purpose built, successful headphone for anyone who insists on a healthy, comfortable, easy-to-use, and reliable communication tool. You’ll forget why your day was less aggravating, but the BlueParrott Pro B350 might have contributed. Recommended.

The blueparrott Pro B350 is the company’s latest headset model and this review discusses its features and its pros and cons. First and foremost, this is a wireless version of the traditional monoaural headset from days past. Out of the box you have the headset itself, a cushion foam in case the leatherette or rather faux leather earcup is not to your liking and a usb-C charging cable. The headset itself is ambidextrous meaning you can move the boom mic so that you can use the headset using either ear. On the earpiece itself you can find the power button and volume controls. The operation itself is pretty simple that you really don’t need a manual. It does have an app though. Within the app, you can customize its features. And the most notable feature is the noise cancelling feature. Also, you can customize the boom mic that if you fully raise or lower the boom mic, it can mute the mic. Obviously, you do not want a “hot mic”. And also with the app like most headsets with an app, you can update the firmware. Upon my initial setup, I was already asked to do a firmware update. As for the call quality itself, calls were top notch. Due to the limited time I’ve used this, I fully could not assess the effectivity of noise cancelling as it is one-ear headset. Ambient not is pretty much prevalent. The foam cushion is of great help with call quality obviously. Indicated in the box is that this is ideal for drivers. Though I am not a truck driver, I am fifty -fifty on this claim. This is so because this is on the bulky side. This would best in a loud environment such as a call center or on the trading floor. I know as I have worked in an insurance office and was making cold calls all the time. The blueparrott Pro B350 is good at what it does. But its weakest point would be its bulk. Given the emergence of other technologies such as bone conducting headsets, this model has niche audience. And if you are fine with its form factor, then go for it.

This headset is simply amazing. It's light to wear on your head and fairly durable. It pairs with my iPhone perfectly and the sound quality is spectacular. The built in sound canceling mic does wonders. So much so that everyone I've spoken to on a phone call have commented on just how nice I sound with no complaints about any loud "outside" background noise coming through. That alone makes this headset worth it to me. Another nice thing is the battery life on this headset. I have been able to go days between charges. It seems to never die. Charging is fairly straight forward via USB-C and takes next to no time to top it back off. The ear cover is more than comfortable enough and the unit is light enough I sometimes forget it is on my head on long drives, it's that comfy for me. Nice! My ear does get a little sweaty but not enough to distract me or be uncomfortable Between the ear piece sound quality and the noise cancelling microphone it really is the total package. Build quality is amazing. You cannot go wrong with this headset.

I have been using the BlueParrott Pro B350 for some time now to receive and make phone calls at work and while driving. I have found this Bluetooth headset very comfortable to wear during long periods of time. Users consistently comment on how well I can be heard, in spite of the noise from the area around me, on the other end of the call. The noise cancellation feature works great too, as no one sounds fake to me when speaking with them through the headset. I have not dropped any calls and have had no quality issues with my calls at any time. Another thing I really appreciated about the BlueParrott Pro B350 was its lightweight construction. The headset is very comfortable on the head, as I was concerned with how well I would adjust to wearing a mono headset for 8+ hours a day. I found the design to provide an even distribution of weight, with no pressure points occurring. The control functions of the headset are also positioned in a way that allow for easy access and functionality, without me looking directly at them, which allows me to perform other tasks at the same time. The battery life of the headset has been very good also. I can make several phone calls during the day without charging the headset, and the process for charging the headset is easy to perform as well. The initial pairing process with my phone was very fast, and I have never had an issue with the headset becoming unpaired from the phone after setup. Overall, I would consider the BlueParrott Pro B350 to be an excellent choice for anyone who spends a lot of time on the phone because of the outstanding audio quality, noise isolation and cancellation, as well as comfort during all-day use. It can be an effective and reliable tool for individuals that perform work for a significant amount of time over the phone.

I picked this up to handle calls on the road. I drive a work van quite a bit and from time to time talk on the phone to pass the time between locations. This headset has been a game changer for noise cancellation. The first time I tried it in the loud van they never heard anything other than my voice — well, my voice and the GPS, which apparently sounds enough like a nearby person to make the cut. Just for fun, I opened a window mid-call. The person on the other end never knew it. This blocks out everything that doesn't sound like a voice right next to the microphone. Wind gets the same treatment. I took a walk through an open field on a windy day, and none of it carried through to the other side. If you've ever had a call dissolve into wind roar the moment you step outside, that alone may sell you. The isolation works in both directions, which matters just as much. Even with the van window open, I could still hear the other side clearly and completely — not catching every third word, but the whole conversation. Comfort takes a small adjustment. Out of the box the band may run a little tight; bend it slightly to get the right fit and it's comfortable from there. Two minutes of fiddling, not a flaw you live with — but know it's part of the setup. Fit is certainly relative, but I was able to get it set up so it’s now comfortable to were off and on all day. Two design choices I've come to appreciate: the one-touch control for voice answering is convenient when there's no car Bluetooth set up, and the single-ear coverage means traffic and emergency vehicle sounds still reach you. For something you wear while driving, that's not a small thing. Bottom Line: If you take calls from loud places — a work van, a windy jobsite, anywhere the background usually wins — this is built for exactly that, and it delivers on both ends of the call. Budget a minute to bend the band to your head, then forget about it. If your calls all happen in quiet rooms, you won't need what this does best; everyone else should put it at the top of the list.

Decent headset, for what it is. This is not my first foray into the BlueParrott family line. Just for reference, BlueParrott is a sister company to Jabra. Jabra also has some good products that I have previously used and reviewed. This BlueParrott - Pro B350 Wireless Bluetooth Mono offers good utility, with great noise-cancelling microphone, and mono audio. This is not designed for music, it's designed for utility. Having the audio enter in only one ear allows for the other audio channel to be aware of surrounding auditory cues, (sirens, horns, radio chatter, etcetera), and that is a huge advantage for those who drive alot. Set up was as expected. Download the app, (I already had it), pair the unit, and you are good to go. The controls on the side are good. My experience is that all too often, the controls can be "too cute by half". In this case, they are fairlu intuitive, and tactile feedback is understandable and accurate. In several conversations with my wife, friends and employees, the sound quality to them was great. And I had no problems understanding and hearing them. Quality was good for consumer grade, as was comfort level. In all, a good choice, for a good price. I would reccomend to a friend.

I’ve been using the BlueParrott Pro B350 for calls while working from home, commuting, and taking meetings on the go, and it’s been a solid headset overall. I had it connected to my phone in just a few minutes, and it has consistently reconnected without any issues when I turn it on. It is nice to have a more comfortable and reliable headset than my old earbuds. Sound quality has also been a pleasant surprise. Voices come through very clearly, even on longer conference calls, and I found it easier to hear details in conversations compared to using my phone speaker. The noise-canceling microphone does a good job helping keep background distractions from interfering with calls, which is especially useful when I’m working from a busy environment. Battery life has been reliable, and the headset feels purpose-built for people who spend a lot of time on calls. It's also been nice to have the single over the ear headphone versus having an in-ear bud which strained my ear during long calls. This headset is comfortable for my day and makes it easy to hear and connect virtually for work.

BlueParrott has put out a refresh of it's B350 line, which was one of the first big boy headsets I purchased when I started driving delivery many year ago. And just like many other BlueParrott products, it just works. Setup and pairing is straight forward, with or without the mobile app, but the mobile app is required to receive quality-of-life firmware updates. There does not appear to be a desktop equivalent app and that makes sense as these headsets are targeting on the road truckers. Sound quality is good right out of the box, but there was a firmware update shortly after I opened the app. I didn't notice any big changes after the firmware update, but that's not a bad thing. Now much like all of the B350 line, the Pro can handle almost all head sizes with its flexible headband. The pro has a beefier headband than the non-pro, but not so rigid as the 450 line. I personally enjoy the extra grip that it provides, especially with the larger end pad. However, if you're someone who doesn't like a heavy feel on your head, the extra pressure and weight of the Pro may be a bit much. The Pro also comes with a flip to mute feature, which is found on many gamer headsets. I find that I miss having a flexible boom mic instead of something I can flip up to mute. The original flexible arm was great for not having it rub against the side of your face if you had larger cheeks. This one doesn't have the flexibility. I also wonder how many times I'll flip the mic up before the internal switch decides that I'm permanently muted. Realistically, the one thing that prompted me to ditch my old model was the inclusion of USB-C charging. My old model only had USB-micro and i hated needing an extra cable in my travel bag that was only used for one reason. The rest of the features are vary comparable to my old unit and my old unit continues to hold a charge after all these years of use. I think that speaks well of the company and that this one should hopefully also last for years to come. If you're new into the market, this is a great entry point. If you already have a BlueParrott model, this may or may not be the upgrade you're looking for.
